Love the breakfast. (Updated review 09/05/22) got dinner at a great price . Told the manager that i would rather eat here than... my regular taco bell and they where nice enough to give me a jr frosty and a chocolate strawberry frosty instead of thechicolate one i ordered was a fun experience. The salad was really good and the chicken nuggets were great too and of course thefrosties were good . Will update with building photos later. Wendys has been around dor a long time and is a go to place to get a burger or chicken sandwich. The soddy daisy store and... hixson store drive thru us extremely slow. You always have ro ask for condiments. The one great thing about Wendy's is theirchili. The chili is awesome. But again you have to ask for hot sauce packs and crackers. Poor guy at the register needs more training. MOD didn't seem to care. Food was fine. Fries were fresh. Burger was tasty.
I usually go to the wendys on hwy 58 but I decided to try this wendys for the first time since I was close. My order was wrong... and the nuggets weren't crispy at all..They were soft and mushy:( Wendys on hwy 58 is much better and tastier! Their nuggets areactually crispy and my order is always right. Stopped here before work. One car in the lot and the person never acknowledged the 3 cars in the drive thru. That's the second... time I've stopped during operating hours and got no service at all. Close your restaurant if you can't get workers. I won't goback again. Waste of time. Read more
The reason I am giving 4 stars is because I have had some not so great visits to this location but on my last visit it was... excellent, friendly staff, delicious food and most importantly to me it was all made correctly to order. I'm sure people can getoverly picky about how they want their food made but it seemed like more often than not I ended up with cheese on my burgers orregular sodas after asking for neither. I will definitely be back if things are like my last visit, keep up the good work! Read more
