This is the best authentic Mexican food we have ate in a long time. Reasonably priced and generous portions. Service is also... excellent! Definitely will be coming here many more times. Highly recommend! Read more

Their tacos are i-n-c-r-e-d-i-b-l-e! I say this as someone that lived on the west coast for over a decade. The tacos here are... outstanding. We tried as many as two people could reasonably consume. The suadero (rose meat) our server recommended wasdelightful, the barbacoa wonderful, and the campechano she also recommended?it was very good as well. My favorite is always theal pastor so I tried them and they were amazing. Their verde hot sauce is also delicious. I would buy that if they bottledit. There were a few hiccups?the menu has all sorts of pricing marks on it, so it?s difficult to decipher what things actuallycost without asking your server. Prices are very reasonable though. Also, the salsa tastes like canned tomatoes. I physicallysaw other ingredients in the salsa but only could taste canned tomatoes. The chips are very good though so I ended up puttingtheir hot sauce on them. I also can?t doc them a star because the tacos were that good. The servers here are so super-sweet.Three or four different ladies assisted our table and they were all helpful and extremely polite. Update: They have new menuswith current pricing. I?ve added them to my photos. Thanks y?all! Read more

If you know real Mexican food you won't be disappointed! They have all the classics and done just like Mexico. Gotta ask for the... good salsa, the regular version seems tailored to TN tastes, go Verde. Excellent homemade hot sauces too! Read more

Really enjoyed the jalapeño and habañero salsa! Freat flavor and heat. Also got the taco town burritos to-go and were... disappointed. They weren't covered in the cheese sauce very well and the burritos were mostly beans and rice with a smatteringof meat. The generic salsa is meh. Read more

This is the third time we have come by during the posted business hours and they are ?closed?. This is the second time that they... were still in the building working while completely ignoring us. The food is good, but I am not going to keep talking it up topeople if they are not interested in business. Might as well go to La Fiesta down the road after 6PM. Update: Since they movedlocations, their hours have gotten better and the food is now some of the best Mexican in the Hixson area. Read more

It takes a lot for me to leave a review, good or bad. This place is AMAZING, absolutely the gem of Hixson. Portions are very... generous and often splittable, staff is super nice. We've ordered nearly everything off the menu at some point in our manyvisits, and never been disappointed. Would give 10 stars if I could. Read more

Food was authentic and amazing !! We had the Burrito Supremo and the 3 tacos (shrimp, chicken, steak). The spicy shrimp is... really spicy in my opinion. The burrito was large and had to get the other half to go because I couldn't finish it. The serverwas really kind and could tell it was our first visit and was quick to help answer any questions. We live about 45 min away butwill be back anytime we're in town !! Loved it !!! Read more
