All I ordered was a roast beef sandwich. This particular Subway needs to retrain for customer service. The attendants behind the counter most of the time seem put out by... request of their guest. My husband asked for a six in sub, the attendant started to make a 12 inch, when I said something aboutit, she rolled her eyes, and that is where the attitude began. When I asked for more salad in my protein bowl, I got a lectureon how it was not a salad and that it would be hard to close the lid after all the ingredients were added, as once again,without me saying anything, rolled her eyes and added a little bit more lettuce. I went to pick up my online order today, and when I reached home I saw that on the receipt it said pepper jack cheese, and when... I got home there was no cheese at all and also I said EXTRA ONIONS AND JALAPEÑOS but there were not there. I called immediatelyand the lady said, no I put cheese I think, like really think. The lady has glasses on, she looked young and her Staff/served bynumber is 999997. I recommend teaching that lady how to reply to customer and how to make a sandwich. Worst customer serviceever. I've always been a big fan of Subway and decided to stop in at the Hwy 153 location in Hixson, TN. When my husband and I... arrived we were greeted by two ladies who were cleaning the vegetable station but ready to get our order prepared. The sandwichartist was very knowledgeable and made a couple of recommendations which we took her up on. The sandwiches were made justperfect and the kind lady ringing up our order brought to our attention we could get a free drink if we wanted it based on ourpurchase of several sandwiches. That's what I call excellent customer service. It was also great seeing a perfect score of 100posted on their recent restaurant inspection ! Read more
I work across the street, so any day I get a lunch break I order a salad on the app and pick it up from this location. It's... excellent. The service is wonderful (not once have they messed up my order) and the food is awesome. Thank you to the subwayemployees for always being so kind! Read more
