Just wanted to say thanks to the friendly smiles that made my sandwich today. It wasn't the best of day and just along the... service made it so much better.. My mom and I went into the store with coupons. The first young lady asked my mom what her order was going to be and after making... all three of my mom's sandwiches they went to cash my mom out. As my mom handed the coupon to the next young lady she made thecomment they couldn't take coupons because they had a new computer system. My mom then stated she was just there the nightbefore and used coupons and had no issues. The third young lady then came out and said once again they would not be able totake my mom's coupons so I said well my mom only has come with the certain of amount of money that the coupons would total toand doesn't have any more money you guys should put a sign out or at least tell your customers before they place their order sothat they don't think that they can use a coupon at the end of the process and then be told that they can't and they onlybrought that amount of money. The three young ladies then turned very rude stopped making my order I had to ask someone tofinish making my order and I went ahead and just paid for the entire order my mom's and mine which I had said I would do in thevery beginning that I would just go ahead and pay for the entire order but that they should put a sign out or tell customers asthey come in the door that they are not accepting coupons. This was a horrible experience all I can say the food was very goodhowever if you go in with coupons make sure you bring double the amount of money you think it's going to cost. Read more
This location no longer honor the coupons that are sent out in the mail. So y?all can afford to pay athletes millions in... advertising but can?t honor my coupon that y?all created? What a joke. Haven't been in a Subway since the whole drama over the tuna. Stopped by today on a whim because I was craving a chicken sub... with the sweet onion sauce. Turns out the sweet onion sauce has been changed into this weird, brown, gloopy teriyaki sauce thatresembles the old recipe but tastes nothing like it. The sauce has been the same for 20 years, why change it? Won't be back. Read more

Husband went to Subway in Lakesite to grab us dinner since I had surgery and was on bedrest and they were out of most of the... menu items. This is not the first time we have went to this location and that has happened. Very disappointed. I understand thatsome stuff is hard to get right now but it wasn't supply issues considering they were out of a lot of the breads. Read more
