Let me start with I like smoothie king. I've gone to everyone in town. I been to this one several times. I've had good service... once! Yesterday was the final straw. I pull up to the drive thru.im the only car there. No response on the intercom, I'mwondering if they're open, I say hello twice. No response, I then say is anyone there? Finally I get a "my hands were full. I'mhere." No I'm sorry for the wait can I help you? Order and drive up only to get to an open window,which I'm pretty sure is ahealth code violation. But, all I hear is the worker complaining about me saying,"is anyone there, over and over again.shehasn't walked to the window to say anything to me.i pull off and go inside. I'm greeted with ,I was trying to get to you. I toldthem I could hear everything they were saying and they needed to be aware of that. It went down hill from there. There were nocustomers in the store, I was the only one. I'm sorry I was trying to spend money there and inconvenienced them. I won't makethat mistake again!!! Read more
Would give zero stars if possible. 11/9/2022 showed up at 10:30 am before picking up my daughter early from school. I ordered a... medium island impact and pulled a dark brown/black hair out of my mouth. Looked in my smoothies and fished out 2 more 4 inchlong black hairs. I have bright pink hair and also did not take the lid of my drink. I am absolutely horrified, that isabsolutely disgusting and there is no excuse from hairs MULTIPLE HAIRS to be in my drink. I paid $10 to almost vomit on the restof my drive. The two women working inside both had brown/black hair. I am so disgusted I will NEVER be returning to thisestablishment. Read more
