Had a free breadstick order of my choice reward that expired today , the app wouldn't redeem it ,had to order 28$ or more to get... it , i spent 44 , still no reward recognition , call the hot line n they say we'll you already ordered n paid and still wouldn'tcompensate , I'm mindblown , what happen to loyalty and honoring what you earned, bye bye Papa Johns Read more

I placed an order for delivery and wanted to add one thing to it, but the manager told me I couldn't do that because the order... was already being delivered. I ended up having to pick up what I wanted to add on since they were going to charge me twodelivery fees. Then they claimed my pizza was delivered, but it wasn't and the manager tried to blame it on me saying I didn'tput the building number. Thanks a lot. Read more
Ordered two papadias by phone. One was a Philly and the other one was a special order of meat, cheese, and onions. The special... paradia came with a lot of red sauce which was not requested. When I called and talked to the manager she basically told me"tough luck " we put sauce on all of them. I told her that my wife did not want red sauce and we had to throw it away. Sherefused to even replace the item the way it was requested. I can't believe that Papa John's would hire and retain an employeewith this kind of attitude towards a customer for such a trivial thing. Papa John's has just lost a long time customer becauseof her poor judgment and attitude. Her indiscretion cannot be excused or tolerated. Read more

I have always liked papa John?s over any other pizza it?s a treat when we do get Papa John?s simply because it is a little more... expensive . I?m glad they finally came out with the Pizza Bowls I?m not a fan of pizza bread at all . Today was the first timeI ordered the Pizza Bowl . I love the way it is packaged a lot better than others I?ve had it?s a lot better contained. HoweverI am not happy with the amount that we received I measured a cup and a half of toppings . For the Same Price Marco?s pizzaOffers the same thing and Basically Double maybe triple the amount of toppings. We are able to turn it into two meals and weare completely full after eating. There is not a lot of toppings with these bowls as other places offer more. Read more
