Dirty restaurant. Bad customer service. There were quite a few people waiting to get on the list when we walked in. No one was... being helped. No workers even acknowledged were all there for an awkward amount of time. When they finally came up to call thenext names on the list, all the people they called had left. If my kids and I hadn't been dead set on going to IHOP, I wouldhave left then. Food was okay, but again, the restaurant was dirty overall. Our waiter asked us at one point, "how are youladies doing?" I was with my 11-year old daughter and 8-year old son. He is clearly a boy. I have a full beard, a deep voice andam clearly not a lady. Let it go. Still, didn't care for it. I also saw him openly vaping in the food prep area, and then he wascompletely clueless when it was time for the check. I like nostalgia, but not that much. So long, IHOP. Read more
Our waiter ignored us and a nice gentleman took care of us instead. He was very sweet and kept us informed. The kitchen was very... slow for how many people they had there. Definitely not my favorite breakfast place to go to anymore, which makes me sad bctheir food is good. Read more
Eggs had an aftertaste- not just on the eggs though. Extremely expensive for what we got. The service would be rated better... except they swapped and never told us so we could not find her until we realized a new person that arrived had takenover. Bathrooms needed to be spruced up. We had breakfast at 8:15am and the bathroom garbage was full like they didn?t take itout the day before. Read more
Food was good but service was excellent! Samara D was so great. We had a party of 12 and she was friendly and got every order... correct. Lots of changes and requests and never missed a beat. Some of the best service we have had at any restaurant big orsmall. Read more

The manager on duty was the most unprofessional lady I have ever seen. This was on 11/12/22 at 10am. Our waitress was new and... the manager would come out of the back and yell at our waitress. Our waitress would calmly reply yes ma?am and take care of us.The place was not that full, but it took almost everyone an hour to get our food. Probably won?t be back until that manager isgone.
