I gave 4 stars because when I got home my order was wrong. I called and with no difficulty I was told to come back at my... convenience and the entire order would be remade for me. I loved not having to argue with anyone for that. I got Cajun frieswhich had so much seasoning on them I could not enjoy eating them. The burger was fresh and hot, however it was so greasy Icouldn't finish it. These issues are not something I have had to deal with in the past. I guess I'll mark 5 Guys off myfavorites list. I can't justify paying that much for food I can't enjoy. Read more
