Your jelly and cream filled donuts are definitely NOT filled. I got half a dozen donuts that had a dab of filling inside the... opening of a hole in each donut, maybe a tablespoon of filling. First let me start by saying.. I love Dunkin?. It?s my usual go-to. I grew up in Chicago and Dunkin? was where my dad would take... me every Sunday. So I grew up to love and cherish Dunkin. Over time, this one has progressively gotten worse. But let me startout by saying, like 3 months ago it was top par! Lately? It seems like no one cares. I got a donut and a coffee today. Just aregular old cake donut. Well, I can tell you, it was definitely OLD. It was hard, tasted like old oil or something? And had noreal hydration to it. Definitely not warm, nor fresh. My coffee? Mediocre. I ordered ahead knowing it would be busy and asks for3 shots oatmilk. I can say I get this all the time, and well, I got maybe 1 shot of MILK, not oat milk. I?m lactose intolerant.Let?s just say, my morning has been rough as I downed that coffee like I always do, even tho it didn?t taste right. & mybathroom trips have been overwhelming. Please do better. Great coffee, breakfast sandwiches and, of course, donuts. I like how they list the calories for each item. The employees... seemed to enjoy working together - they were cutting up and laughing as they filled orders...it's always pleasing to see that. Read more
Twice in 30 days we've come to get doughnuts, and they've been COMPLETELY out of doughnuts. The store also reeked on the inside.... We are currently looking for an alternative to Dunkin. Read more
The lady was very nice, the drinks are good and service is quick but they do tend to run out of certain donuts early in the day.
I ordered a small coffee and 2 apple fritters at the drive through yesterday morning May 23 . When I arrived at work I found 3... old dried out apple fritters in the bag. I guess they thought 3 old fritters equaled 2 fresh ones. The coffee is good but I willbe buying my donuts elsewhere from now on Read more
Good quality donuts, friendly service. Would love to able to get hot, fresh donuts during the day, not just the mornings. Inside... space is large enough not to be crowded, but a bit messy and not too comfortable. Read more
