They must have an entirely new staff since I was last there. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast AND friendly they were. We decided to grab a late night snack and had this place in mind. We pulled up and drive thru was very busy but steady going. So... we place our order and got to window and they noticed that the customer before hand was handed the wrong bag (which was ours)but the employee says he reads off everything to customer before handing bags so wasn?t his fault (was customers before us). Sothey had to remake our food and it is late and they are still very busy. I just want to say this crew did their very best andunder a lot a pressure of a mixup they handled it very well. The food's kind of good but when you get the big trays they still give you almost nothing for Assad if you order onion rings or... cheese bites Not really happy what I paid $8 for when I could have just paid a dollar or 2 more to get complete full sides Withtwice as much food. The trays are supposed to be a deal to where you're supposed to be able to get more for less if you get itin a meal together apparently not here. Read more
Pretty fast for really good food even for fresh. I go every chance I can. It?s best to get there at certain times because how... busy it can get. Especially like the night shift people, they are always chill and pretty funny at times. Read more
I can honestly say I have never been disappointed at any Cook Out restaurant that I've been to. The food is always good and is... consistent from one to another. Recently found out they had cheesecake there and it is absolutely delicious and well worth themoney. Now if they just sold beer there they would be awesome! Read more
Horrible service, i ordered a cookout tray and asked for there to be no mayo on my burger and to have no lettuce on my chicken... wraps. i waited almost 15 minutes with numbers after mine being called before i went up to the counter and asked where my foodwas. The counter worker though was no help so i had to ask for a manager. After speaking to the manager i still had to waitaround 5 minutes definitely will NOT be coming back. Read more
I love this franchise. Sometimes you're just in the mood for some cheap food, and Cook Out never disappoints. You get what you... pay for and a little more. But I was particularly impressed with the service at this location. A gentleman in a purple poloserved us and he was excellent, as were the rest of the staff. Read more
If you're looking for amazing food that taste like it was cooked on the grill then this is your place. The burgers and hot dogs... taste amazing. You'll swear they were made on the charcoal grill in you front yard. Read more
