It always seems like we sneak up on them. 8:30PM, and they are out of nearly everything. As I was ordering this evening, the... girl was apologizing for all the beans looking so bad, no problem, but I ask for steak. Literally as I say that, anotheremployee swoops in and takes all the steak for a web order. My wifes burrito was already made, and they ask me if I?d like themto make more steak. Of course I say yes, but now my wife?s food is cold. Just horrible customer service. I asked to confirm theyclose at 10, they say yes. I ask for tea, they have already dumped for the evening and offer sweet tea in a can. No thanks. Allthe chairs are already stacked on the tables. I ask if the dining room is closed? They say no. So I have to get my own chairdown. Just an overall horrible experience that seems to be a recurring thing at this particular location. This was our last time?giving them another chance?. Read more

Me and my bf love chipotle, but this experience was just annoying. She gave up once scoop of everything I had to ask for an... extra scoop and when she did; no lie picked up like a half a scoop. She did that with our meats and rice. I never had thatproblem before and then it was $35 for like nothing in my bowl. At first impression, the dining area was really dirty. There was food everywhere, garbage cans were over flowing and kitchen... piled up with bins. Having worked at Chipotle, I know how busy it can get so I assumed they had just had a rush of customers.Then we ordered. At first, the employees were pleasant and courteous. I ordered a double steak bowl with guacamole. The steakwas charred and dry. The steak is supposed to be cooked medium-well and was way over well done. Nonetheless, we ordered anddined in. After a bit. I went up to the counter and asked for extra mild and medium. The cashier proceeded to ring me up. I'venever been charged for extra sides so I asked if the sides were extra and she (the cashier) responded with attitude and said,"Oh, I guess you can just have them," and turned and walked away from me. I was really surprised because it was like a flippedswitch from nice and friendly to snarky. After sitting for a while, I realized that the dining area was not cleaned because theyjust weren't doing their job. There was only one or two customers that came in and a lot of down time between them to clean up.Instead, they were just standing there conversing. Not once did the crew come out to change the trash or clean up the diningarea. I have given this chipotle so many chances because I usually love Chipotle but this location has to be one of the worst I?ve... ever been to. At any given time they are out of several critical ingredients. Today was my second time visiting to find out theywere out of rice. They were also out of beans, sour cream, green salsa, cilantro, and chips. Half way through making my bowl Ijust left as they couldn?t even get half of what I wanted on it.
