I have no complaints about the food or service. Food tastes good, I like the variety of drinks, and the workers are friendly.... Something to note is that this location /smells/. Probably bothers some people more than others, but I always only choose to eathere when I can eat outside. Read more
Used this location to cater a lunch at an office less than a mile away. I ordered two of their Mini luncheon platters, which... comes with mini croissant sandwiches, 2 sides, and cookies. I ordered two of these, because each platter feeds 10 people and Ineeded to feed 20, this is important later. Since I bought 2 platters, I bought 4 total sides. When I got to the office afterCSC delivered the food, I noticed they only had two sides, chips and a pasta salad, and were missing two additional sides andanother order of their cookies. To make matters worse, they only had 12 bags of chips, which didn?t make much sense, since therewas a headcount of 20. I called them to ask them to bring an additional two sides, and to bring 8 more bags of chips since theywere short 8 bags. They gave me a wait time of 20 minutes before they would be able to come back and deliver the two sides. Dueto their lack of attention to detail, they were choosing to make me wait and the office wait for their additional food. Finally,the CSC delivery guy came with the additional sides. When I was given the bag he delivered, he only had ONE additional sidewhich was the same exact side (pasta salad) they brought already. So we were still missing a SECOND side, unless they werecounting bags of chips as two sides, as which in this case they were still short. They brought additional bags of chips, butonly 6 bags, instead of 8. So instead of a total of 20 bags, we had a total of 18, still 3 short. I ended up calling them againto tell them they still owed me another side, or owed me two more bags of chips because the headcount wasn?t adding up. When Ireached a manager, she ended up saying she was going to get another manager and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and anabsolutely terrible experience. Food was tasty (all except the dry stale croissant) and the drive thru wait wasn't too terribly long. The employees were... wonderfully pleasant! Lots of different options, so I wish I had looked at the menu before we arrived to order. Read more
The jalapeño holly chicken salad is the best, but the sandwich I got to go was found to have paper napkin mixed in with the... chicken salad. Not a pleasant experience. Bought a tub of the chicken salad also, but haven?t found napkins mixed in it yet. Read more
Picked up a large order of Classic Carol yesterday and I am beyond disappointed. So bland. Zero flavor. Tastes like chicken and... Mayo. Did I say zero flavor? Too expensive for what I got. Certainly not what I?m used to at the other locations. Read more
