Just went through the drive through to redeem some of my points for a free sandwich. I ordered, gave the cashier the code it... said on my app code accepted and went towards your order, thanks have a great day. The dim whit on the other side of the speakersaid okay your total is $1.85. I said no, it it free because you just typed my code in and it's for a free sandwich, the appliterally says you just typed it in and it was approved. So, she proceeds to tell me that its $1.85 and quite honestly I'm noteven sure that she understood what was going on. Either that or she enjoyed my free sandwich. Please please please management,can you please train your employees so I can enjoy my free dinner every once in a while? Because of you I will not be eatingdinner. Thanks. Read more
Madison who also stated she was the manager "Kaylee" was rude, unprofessional, and needs additional customer service training... tools. A front counter customer stated she was mean. She yelled and asked did I have my money, after asking for ketchup shethrough it at me and it hit my car floor. My 7 year olds noticed her foul ugliness. How embarrassing for Ms. Susan's Hixsonstore, hopefully corporate can assist them. Madison may work better on the grill, during the evenings, or remote with nocustomer interaction. This store needs new employees!!! Rude!!! Only takes 1 order at a time at drive thru and inside. And one employee told us we... were just going to have to wait that they only had 1 person in the kitchen. The whole time every employee was very loud, playingand had no concern for your customers. We pulled into the drive thru around 9:30pm. After 10 minutes of waiting with only one car ahead of us and no other cars ahead... of them we get to the speaker. While waiting to get to the speaker I watched 4 other cars pull off. After waiting almost 15minutes at the speaker I decided it was easier to go to Krystal. Two of the other vehicles I watched leave before me had thesame idea. When we left Krystal the one car that was left after we pulled away was at the window at Burger King. There were 3cars ahead of us at Krystal. So in the time it took Krystal to serve 4 guests in the drive thru Burger King had only taken oneorder. I don't recommend coming to this Burger King if you are actually hungry and want fast food or anything served quickly. Ihave been served quicker at non-fat food restaurants than the wait before leaving here. Read more

This evening, I called this location to confirm it has the $3 Whopper Wednesdays for Impossible Whoppers. Manager Jeff said he... has been in the position for only about a month, didn't know, and that he'd have to ask his general manager tomorrow. Isuggested to him to enter it into the register to check because it's Wednesday, and he did, confirming that yes, the special wasin effect. He ended the call without saying goodbye. No problem; they're probably busy. I drove over, waited at the speaker forabout 10 minutes without a greeting, and eventually ordered two Impossible Whoppers, a large fry, and a shake. After someerratic communication, it seemed the shake wouldn't be possible because the machine had "already been cleaned and broken downfor the night." No problem. He said, though, $15-something for the other three items. This sounded off because the burgers weresupposed to be $3 each, but I figured I'd correct it at the window. When I finally got there, Jeff refused, saying, "You had totell me at the speaker." (I had to tell you your own price?) I responded that I called beforehand to confirm the $3 price.
