I was not greeted by the front counter person. He basically didn't even know how to sign in to the front cash register computer... and he attempted to take my order not even signed in to the computer. The manager walked over and quickly corrected everything Isaw other customers walking in to get there takeout food one of which required a drink but customer was just handed a bag offood with no cup but customer paid for a drink and they had to ask for a cup so they could make their own drink. The eveningmanager was pretty cool dude but he has a lot that he has to put up with. I witnessed lazy employees standing around not doingmuch in a very busy atmosphere. Read more

I wouldn't come here again if it was free. Service is terrible. When i walked in i saw they had one guy working in the kitchen... while 3 others just sat around on their phones so, of course, my order wasn't ready on time. Store was gross looking. Self-servearea looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I watched 3 seperate doordashers come in for an order and get told someoneelse already picked it up. Please find better staff who want to work for this establishment. I'm a delivery driver and I went here to pick up an order,... mind you there is no one in the restaurant . So I give my customers name and was immediately told they were waiting on fries.Three females sitting down eating and one make in pajamas prepping the food. So I see the order of fries and my order waiting tobe bagged and I asked the girls sitting down to get it for me. I was rudely stared, laughed at and ignored by these girls. So Isee another lady coming from the back and I asked can you please get that order for me. Filthy. I know restaurants can be busy. But this place was just disgusting. It had dirty counters and tables had open ranch tub... just sitting open ?.. ketchup stains on the drink machine ??? and the floor needed to be mopped. I had placed a online order sowhen I waited for my food I began to notice all the nastiness I mentioned above. I literally almost canceled the order but itwas for a work. I never noticed any place that dirty in a long time. I barely wanted to eat my food and doubt I will go back fora long time even though I love wing stop.???? I am actually making this review a few weeks after I ate there but I still can?tget this restaurant out of my mind. I just hope it get better. Please b4 someone gets really sick.???????? Read more

This location used to be decent until recent. Now rarely has all of the sides options available for online carryout... ordering--never any Louisiana corn just regular fries or veggie sticks options. The neighboring Wingstop locations always have afull list of sides options.This location is always out of something and some of the newer staff hires are nonchalant. Read more

This is a reliable spot. When it's late and everything else is closed, This is one of the few spots that remains open relatively... late -- 11pm or midnight. The store is under-staffed but the workers are very diligent and respectful. They get the food out toyou quickly. If there is an error on your order, they are quick to fix it. The food is tasty and hot. The fries are the bestI've had at any restaurant. They are the best when served hot but they also reheat well in the air fryer. Read more

Update: 2.4.2022 Tried this Wingstop again. Food was horrible. Chicken was hard, overcooked, tasteless, and dry. Fries were... extra thick, some super greasy, and others undercooked. Customer service sucks. They don't greet you, say thank you, or evensmile. I'm done with this Wingstop location. I'm disappointed. DO NOT EAT AT THE HIRAM LOCATION!!! Don't say I didn't warn you.Straight ????????? Original Review 11 months ago: Its okay depends on the day. Each time we go the large fry gets smaller. Iask for my wings wet and it never happens.???????? They call you when the order is ready. Food is always cold because it hasbeen sitting. ???? I don't like how you have to pay, for ranch, unless you get a meal.???????? Ordering wings and friesseparate I had to pay extra for 2 dipping sauces. On January 1, 2022 I placed an online order for pick up at Wingstop in Hiram, GA. When I arrived home I immediately noticed my... soda was flat and part of my order (all flats) was incorrect although I was charged. I found HAIR on my fry when I dipped itinto my ranch dressing! I also found LINT on my wings. I called and no one answered so I had to drive BACK to the restaurant! Istayed on the phone just in case someone answered. They did not. I made it back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager Joshafter being on the phone with no answer for 19 minutes! I showed the manager Josh my phone that showed I was on the phone withthem holding for 19 minutes. He looked at each phone and said, ?It?s because they think they?re slick. The phones are off.?While there I was asked to show the hair on my food even though I brought my order back. It was humiliating opening andsearching through each box of my order. I eventually found the hair and lint. I also showed my pictures. Keep in mind I broughtthe order back! I had only ate one wing! Since it was an online order the manager Josh took my order number to request a refundfrom corporate. While speaking someone else pointed out an unmasked ungloved employee with no hair net using a ladle to putdressing in containers. Dressing was dripping off of his hands back into the large bowl of dressing. He also laid the ladle downon the bare table as he grabbed another container. This is completely unsanitary and explains the hair in my food! The managertold me I would receive a full refund within 5-7 business days then he proceeded to offered me 50% off my next order. I willNEVER return! I immediately completed the feedback survey that night so corporate would be aware of the incident and unsanitaryconditions at this restaurant.
