Drove 25mins to this Starbucks for the employees to tell me they were closed and it was only 8:15pm, I been here at 8:40 pm... before and never a problem. now all of the sudden they close at 8:00pm when it clearly also says on google they close at 9:00pm!Disappointed Read more
Good customer service is at an all time low! There?s a much better Starbucks across the street. The only issue is the line is... normally very long. But it?s worth it because you?ll get much better service! The girls in here did not even acknowledge ourpresence as we waited in line.. they were busy talking and laughing about personal matters.. smh I love Target I go there forall of my shopping needs but they need to hire better team members in the Starbucks. I come to Starbucks every single day and I had a horrible experience today. The girls working today 7/11 not only overcharged me... for what I normally get charged but also messed my order up. You would think if I come here literally every single day of mylife I would know the price. Read more
