Generally, this is a solid Starbucks location with good food and good drinks. The poor review is a result of the store randomly... deciding when to close or open their dining room. There are days where they just close the dining room the app is not updated toshow that all orders must be or picked up through the drive-through. This results in a line of 40 to 60 cars and a 15 to 20minute wait with traffic backing out into the street and what should be a two minute walk in grab your order and leave exchange.although it sounds petty because we?re talking about coffee and muffins, when you are in a rush to get to work and this was yourplan breakfast along route it can be a major inconvenience and not the best way to start off your day. Seems at least once a week they are not receiving mobile orders with nothing to notify the customer. Then u stand in the store... while they stand around and know this but don't say anything until it's convenient. Crazy a company this large is thisunmanaged and then when u say anything, a tattooed, multi color head looking girls thinks it's her place to run her mouth andgive her opnion. What a joke. This is every week. And the difference in attitude and customer service between the crews is nightand day. Read more
Let me tell you?I stopped coming here because the service and drinks I would order were always so iffy. I came this morning and... had the best experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. The guy who took my order who I believe is jake is amazing. Such goodcustomer service and definitely made me feel warm and welcome and want to come back. Keep it up!! Read more
This Starbucks hasn?t ever given me problems except for this time and last time. Each time I have gotten down to the bottom of... the drink just to get a mouth full of used espresso. It?s not a great feeling. Pls pay more attention to the drinks you aremaking. Read more

Literally the worst Starbucks ever. They have the dining area closed and are only accepting mobile orders or drive through. So... they pack 20 people inside the front of the store and the drive through line creates massive traffic jams in the shoppingcenter. Do they think it's safer to pack everyone into a dmall space? Seems stupid and lazy to me. Spend your money elsewhere. Read more

Slowwwww! Why am I waiting 30-40 minutes in the drive thru? A smart idea would be to have drivers who already ordered to pull... forward and you bring out their order if it?s taking too long. We have to wait in line for you to fix every single order whichis a problem. Read more
