Its unfortunate that me and my son both luv to eat Jimmy johns and this time we may never go back atleast not to this one. Slow,... and food was wrong neither me or my son could finish our meal. When I asked about the mix up I assumed they would offer to fixit unfortunately instead we were looked upon as stupid and they never offered to fix it. Just basically oh well eat it anyways.Sad to be honest with you. I would recommend if you want Jimmy Johns to never go here. Worst money spent. Read more
They don't pay their workers. Please don't give them your business. My son and nephew worked there for several months, and... then returned when JJ needed help again. Every time they asked the manager to do the paperwork for them to get paid they wereblown off. After a couple weeks of this, they had no choice but to quit. They continued to follow up with the manager but tono avail and they were never paid for their time. I edited this because I was accused of slander and posting an untruestatement. Ordered a Vito sub and added turkey through the online portal, received a phone call shortly after from a crew member telling me... that they had no turkey due to a nationwide shortage. No biggie - just substitute it with something else, except they cant dosubstitutions..... Are you kidding me? Charged my card, but can't refund or substitute? The young lady that called simply statedthat was the way it was and she pretty much couldn't do anything. The supply chain shortage is a real problem in this countryright now that I completely understand but her lack of customer service skills and resolution to the problem is what willprevent me from returning to this location or recommending it to anyone else. Got a slim sandwich today for a quick bite on the way to the airport. Have only eaten Jimmy Johns once before so didn?t realize... you can?t get oil and vinegar on the slims. The young man at the register was very friendly and was about to put it on mysandwich when a lady in the back rudely told him that was not allowed. She said this more than once as he was trying to make mysandwich. This was awkward for him, I?m sure, having to figure out how to keep the customer happy while someone screams at himnot to do what the customer asked. It?s oil and vinegar, ma?am. Read more
Went to Jimmy John?s for the first time in many years and this location made the best sandwiches I?ve had from this chain!! The... were delicious thanks to the crew working tonight 5/21 my daughter and I enjoyed our food. Will be back Read more
They definitely prepared my sandwich quickly, all the ingredients tasted fresh. I will be back to try some of the other menu... items. A good alternative to the other sandwich shops around. There is very limited parking around this area. Read more
I come in here about once a month. I usually eat the bootlegger or the beach club. The bootlegger is roast beef and Turkey with... lettuces tomatoes, provolone, etc, or any way you like it. The beach club is Turkey and provolone with avocado and anything elseyou want to add. You can order regular or "gigantic". The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff here is alwayswelcoming and friendly, never seen the staff have a bad day. Only complaint is prices are a little high and you can't see whenyour sandwich is made so you dont know what ingredients are available or how much of each ingredient is being added. I like towatch my sandwich being prepared so I can increase or decrease lettuce or other ingredients. 5 star for service, 4 star forprices and not being able to watch the prep process of the sandwiches being made. 4 star overall. Food exactly like any other JJ,decent value and I'm fond of the bread. Service got 2 stars I'll elaborate, extremely attentive... and cordial that's why didn't get 1 star. This is my third time at this location ( I like the bread) always get #5 expresslysays no Mayo, 1st time awesome, 2nd got mayo. The #5 also states oil & oregano herb mix unfortunately third time not on mysandwich. Restroom was clean and so was drink station but I go there to buy a #5 sub. Read more
