Sandwiches were really well made and tastes great! The service was great, but they looked pretty understaffed. There were only 3... people working during the dinner rush, but they did their best to keep up and with a smile. I appreciate their service, justhope management hires on more help. Store was short staffed and had a line out the door not to mention tons of to-go orders, Joy was working as fast as she could to... help customers and make sandwiches all while cleaning as she went. Ordered two subs and arrived at our pick up time of 6:42. Only two employees were working and were clearly over their heads... trying to make all the orders. Two people were ahead of me waiting for online orders that were 30 mins past their pick up times.Didn?t want to wait for who knows how long so I just got a refund and got Chinese food that was in the same shopping center.Owner must not care about service because this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. I got a Philly cheese steak from Jersey Mike's Subs. Honestly it was great. Love the quality didn't take to long to get. It was... warm a cooked well. Nothing wrong with it. The only reason I give it a 4 is because I just wished they had added more cheese.But everything else was great for me. I do recommend. Read more
Employees talk to much, move slow, and have poor customer service. Such a turn off to watch! Placed order after waiting several... minutes only to wait additional minutes. Sandwich sat on counter top while molasses/moving teen counted out the onion pieces asshe made other sandwiches. A male customer came in moments after me, placed a half order sandwich and was ready to pay for it.I politely asked one of the talkative teens, "hey how this guy comes in order and pays before me?
