Not a great experience at all! My grandson wanted pancakes at the end of his birthday. So we went to IHOP and we were seated but... after 10 minutes no one ever came to take our order. There were only 2 other customers in the store. Before we got up to leavewe walked around and one waitress asked what we needed. We said oh nothing we are leaving because no one came to serve us. Shejust scrunched up her face and turned to two other employees and said something to them. We left and as we were leaving we sawat least 4 employees standing at the side door smoking and talking. Unacceptable and poor business. We will never visit thislocation again. And the establishment was very dirty! There were several tables with plates stacked on them and the table we satat was dirty. Our hostess/ server was very customer oriented and attentive on our late night visit on August 7. The good was as excellent as... the service. I'd say it was an all around great experience. On Friday November 4th we visited the Hiram location and again wehad an excellent experience. The server we had was the best even with her leg in a walking boot( possibly due to an injury)never missed a beat she was pleasant and very patient and seemed eager to provide excellent service. When you walked in the building was extremely cold. They were out of items I ordered and not a lot of options I eat, the food... was cold, pancakes were undercooked but the waitress handled her job very well. She received a nice tip for her kindness becauseit wasn't her fault. I did not enjoy or eat my food. Read more

Cristiano is a terrible waiter. We have never had a bad experience at an IHOP anywhere we been in the country. Cristiano has no... server manners, flys by with the food and has a knack for rolling his eyes while he turns his back and walks away, veryin-personal in a ?I am too good for my job? kinda way. Everyone else seems very friendly and the food was good, omelette I hadwas the best yet (sometimes they are the best here). The ?I am owed something? or entitled/entitlement is getting more and morecommon, in general not singling out waiters. Read more

My experience was beyond phenomenal. First off, I have to apologize. Something held me back from telling the host that they KILT... their eyeliner. That wing was snatched to perfection! Their customer service was elite too btw. Always a smile and kindness. Butalso..... our server named Dynasty was an angel! Not only did she take care of us flawlessly but she took care of an elderlyspecial needs customer like he was family. I have a special needs son and seeing not only her but an extremely kind Caucasianserver treat him so kindly and delicately made me have hope for humanity! We (3) visited this location on 8/6/2022. The parking lot was packed, yet we were seated right away. The server was very nice... however, this is where the experience went down hill at 80mph. We ordered nothing special, normal menu items. Our food took55-60 minutes to arrive and every single of the 3 orders were wrong. 1 missing cheese on the eggs, 1 missing 2 orders of potatopancakes, 1 with two uncooked pancakes, (tan on one side, white on the other and wet batter in the middle), barely done baconand missing a full order of potato pancakes as well. We should have picked up on the fact that the server was surprised that weordered potato pancakes when she firmly advised us that, "No one ever orders those, they just order regular potatoes".Okaaay. When our orders were "corrected", we got the 2 orders of potato pancakes with extra grease, and my 1 order never came.And the added cheese to the eggs surely microwaved on. IHOP has slipped into the world of AWFUL. $53.00 and yes, we stilltipped a close 20% ($10), a complete waste of time and money. I live in Hiram and I will NOT go back to this location. 2 yearsback, it was fine. What happened? Don't use 2020 as an excuse, please do better. This visit was beyond horrible. Read more

6 months ago I had a great experience. Yesterday we found out there was a new manager and you can tell the difference. Our... waitress is the hostess who filled in but didn't have the support of her manager. We had to place our order twice. It stillcame out wrong, cold, hard grits, burned, and some of the food was nasty. Our waitress did make excellent milk shakes! Themanager didn't want to listen to us even though we were more than patient. Another group just walked out. This was the worstexperience. Read more
