Customer service is everything to me. And you will not get that at this establishment. I'm a dd driver and had an awful... experience picking up from this restaurant. The short little that answers the phones and takes the orders needs to hire someoneelse to work the front and he needs to be inthe back away from humans. The rudeness of this man is what prompted me to writethis review. I waited 30 mins for an order and when I asked for it he proceeded to say if you are mad leave. I had no problemleaving because it wasn't my order but because I'm delivering for people I had to stay and wait. I would never spend my moneyhere. Read more

Ordered the SEAFOOD SAMPLER, consisted of 2 pc fish and 4 butterfly shrimp. Overall the food was good. It was served fresh... cooked, hot, and seasoned well. There were 2 downsides; 1) The shrimp were breaded with Coconut. This is important to know (asit doesn't say on menu) because some people are allergic to coconut and others strongly dislike the taste. 2) They charge $0.75to sprinkle Lemon Pepper seasoning on your food. If I could give a negative star review I would for this restaurant. On two separate occasions I've been met with extremely rude... and poor customer service. Both times I order via food service applications (Doordash and Postmates), and was almost treated asthough I was trying to steal an order on the first visit, and then told they could not prepare my order during the second visitAFTER I'd received a confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. They simply stated I needed to contact Postmates, butnever even offered to take my order while in-person and prepare it. I try not to assume negative intent with anyone, but theowners seem to lack the understanding that customer service is key when running any establishment that serves the public atlarge (or perhaps a person of color). I am a paying customer who always tips no matter where I am, and it's been extremelydisturbing to be treated as though I am asking them for a favor. Rest assured I will never visit again. Read more

The lemon pepper wings are good! The hot garlic wings are NOT as good as they are at Austell Wings. The honey mustard wings are... good also. I had salad for my side, which was good. The yellow rice though.. kinda hard. Could've been cooked longer so that itwould've been soft. Overall, I'll go to Austell for my hot garlic flavor, and come here for the lemon pepper. Read more

I had the Gyro, made with lamb and beef. Tasted really good. Had fried okra for the side, what a side it was, HUGE. Only thing... missing, was pepper sauce. Only condiments they have are, salt and pepper and ketchup. No unsweetened tea, but they do haveSWEET tea, I settled for a bottle of water. Place was clean and bright. I'LL BE BACK. Read more
