The last couple of visits have been questionable. My mobile order was just sitting around on the counter up front and not in the... mobile order area. Ew. Not sure what is going on with Chik Fil A but, they have been on a steady decline where quality is concerned. Arrived at... 7:30. No line, no wait. 9-24-22 @5:45 pm I am very shocked at the condition of the dining room. My daughters and I were going to dine in but could not... find a clean table to dine. Every trash can was overflowing and the tables and floors were terrible. Wanted to take my 3 yeardaughter to the bathroom and it was so nasty, she refused to go. So I was at an event in March and THE CFA guy came back stage and passed out cards to the performers for a free sandwich ?on... me?, he said?why didn?t I notice that he meant ?within the next two weeks?? So it?s June and I finally get the chance to go toCFA and?the card has expired ?????so when I presented it, they were like, yeah, nah?can?t do it. ???? Usually I always have a pleasant experience at Chick Fil A, but today was not one of their best days. The lady who took my order... was excellent, very sweet and prompt about our order getting everything right, but the kitchen had problems. I just finishedhours and hours of work at my storage unit excited to eat a well rewarded meal, but by the time I got home with my order, I wasdissapointed. I got the spicy chicken sandwich combo with extra pickles and a sweet tea, and when I pulled out the fries therewere like 7 fries in the box. I am also pretty sure it was supposed to be a medium fry, but it was not even enough to fill asize small. Then when I went to eat my sandwich, there were 4 small pickles. I asked for extra pickles, I think on a normalsandwich they include 2 or 3, and I had 4 pickles. To me extra would be like 5 or more and at least cover the sandwich, but mypickles were so small, I might as well have had 2. Then the bun swallowed my thin chicken patty. It was a weird shape, but itfelt like a child's sandwich instead of a normal hearty one! I did take a picture of it, but I am not sure the picture did itjustice. And my sweet tea was OKAY not great for like 3 sips, then it was just all watered down from the ice. Update: they did follow up to try to fix the issue. I love chicfila, but this location seems to have a problem filling orders.... This isn?t the first time, but definitely the worse time that I have had poor quality in food. The picture below are my ?large?fries. Not only were they old, they would have fit a a small fry bag. Having worked at chicfila in the past myself, I have tosay that this wouldn?t be acceptable. The filets seem to be smaller here and they don?t fill up the fry containers. Don?t spendthe extra money upsizing because you won?t get it. Read more
Went here tonight the line was short moved fairly quickly once we started moving. The kid on outside expedite sat at the... window with bags and drinks on counter laughing with inside coworkers. Then about 5 minutes of this was like and I quote "Iguess I should take these" My nuggets are cold and my medium fry is a container of mostly crumbs. :( as a pregnant womandefinitely not what I was expecting.
