They're always so nice... and one time when we ate in, they went around handing fries to everyone! It can be packed sometimes cause they're that good. Had chicken and burger sandwiches. Both were used with what we like to refer to as "fake" meat. We were all looking for a juicy... hamburger meal and thought we'd get that at a place with cheeseburger in it's name. Don't waste your time. Burger was flat andchicken was tough. I just love this place. My family and I love the burgers and fries, custard. But, we especially love that we can dress our... burgers ourselves. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, dill pickles, jalapeños, and rapid fire condiments. While we were eating, thestaff person is walking around offering extra fries and peppermint. Great service.... My husband called in an order and arrived at the restaurant 25 minutes later. The order was not ready and he had to wait 5... minutes for someone to come to the register. He waited another 30 minutes for the food to be made. The grilled chicken wasburnt, small, and thin. The fries were unseasoned and greasy. There were two employees trying to work, and the remainingemployees did not appear to be putting much effort into their job. We've never had such a bad experience at this locationbefore.. very disappointed that we paid $25 for poor service and sub par food. Read more

About 12:45 on a Tuesday ate here for lunch. The burger meat was dripping with oil. This isn't always a bad thing but in this... case it was bad! The only flavor in the meat came from old drippings from the other items being cooked on the grill. This wasnot a good taste either. I had the bucket list Burger. The egg had also been cooked where the meat was cooked which gave it anawful taste. The bacon was burnt and soggy at the same time. Gross. Will not be back! Read more

Overall, good food, fresh, well cooked and tasted great. Super busy too. The staff was not unfriendly nor friendly. No hello,... I'm not even sure they said Can I help you? I guess they were understaffed so I gave a bit of a pass. They definitely could havehad a cleaner dinning area but again they were understaffed and customers can be messy. I did appreciate the fresh topping andclean area around the self service area. Hopefully they get some more help soon, it would be a shame to see it get worse. Read more
