Sometimes a bit slow and backed up because of popularity but the food is good and fresh and their employees are nice. Drive... through or window service only. They also have outside tables. Read more

Ordered the 2 bacon cheddar burgers. Went back in line because there was no bacon and no cheddar that I could see on it... I ... was told "we put liquid cheese on it and bacon bits." If there was liquid cheese on it I couldn't see it and that holds truefor the acon also! A totally misleading and disappointing lunch!!! I will NEVER go back! Read more

The single fish sandwich was HORRIBLE!!...it tasted like they had it under a heat lamp for awhile and then stuck it in the deep... fryer for a few minutes...it was greasy and dry and the corners were so hard and the tartar sauce tasted funny. I normally getthe double fish and that's always good but the crispy single fish sandwich, EEEWWW!!..Fries were hot but also tasted slightly asif they were already sitting out for awhile and were refried because of how mush grease was tapped in it but they were ok.. Man, I don't give negative reviews, however, ????????... The adult teens that work there, work fast, but their customer... friendliness is severely lacking. They laugh about customers while I was there and I can hear everything. They didn't care whocould hear. It isn't always about fast service. Friendliness is a big part of where you work. People really should keep this inmind. Read more

Walked up to order at their window. Ignored by all staff for 10 minutes or more. Finally knocked on window and a Manager woman... tells me 'we're busy so you have to wait'. Nope. It's clear that the drive through lanes are the one and only priority of thissad location. It's also clear they don't respect their customers and could care less if you do business with them, which I won'tever again. This is why you see so many Checkers abandoned and boarded up all over. I made a mobile order, the app completely glitched out after I purchased the order (I have a picture showing it took money out... of my account). However, since it glitched, I decided to call to see if it did make it to the store. I called 5 times and washung up on every single time. After about the 6-7 call, they answered with immediate attitude. I've worked in customer servicefor many years and understood that they may be busy, so I stayed calm and said "I apologize, I'm sure you guys are busy but Imade a mobile order and just wanted to see if it was there. The app glitched but my bank account shows money taken out." Theydidn't even ask me for my name, just told me that they hadn't received any mobile orders. So I repeated that I had proof thatI'd paid Checkers for food and it was taken out of my account and I would be happy to bring it to the store as proof as well (Ijust wanted what I paid for). The girl refused to have a conversation with me or provide any helpful advice or info. (Likeseriously, you work here, not me.) Please don't use the mobile app and if you plan on eating here, do so expecting to have theworst customer service ever. Extremely rude staff. Had an issue with the app, called to ask for some guidance on what to do and was immediately turned away... and told "Not my problem, talk to my GM on Tuesday." No thanks. I have never eaten at a checkers before, but I guess I won't bestarting anytime soon. Edit: after looking at the reviews and seeing the overwhelming amount of people with similarexperiences. I'm glad I didn't waste my time. If you're hungry, I'd suggest Steak n Shake before this place. I've never had anemployee there give me attitude just because I'm confused (even after I apologized).
