The restaurant had good reviews so we tried our luck. They're a bit understaffed so be prepared to wait if it's Busy (we waited... 40 min on our appetizer, drinks 5 min.) The portion was good, the meats were a bit dry. A big plus are the DIY hotsauces you canadd yourself. Decent guacamole. My husband and I enjoyed eating at this cute Mexican restaurant on our honeymoon, staying in Hinton, visiting from Calgary.... Considering Hinton is a small, mountain town, the Mexican food at this restaurant was fresh and quite authentic and definitelyone of the only Mexican places in the mountains. The Mexican nachos were delicious and unique. The service was fast and veryfriendly! We would love to eat here again. Read more

Our meals were good. I had the enchilada plate with ground beef. The beef was dry and that detracted from the overall Mexican... experience. Some hot sauce did help but I felt if the beef had been moist, it would have been better. The staff [owners?] weregreat.
