This was the worst the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, there was no paper towel in both bathrooms and they were nasty... dirty. Not one staff member put paper towel in the either the bathrooms while we were there. We Waite a long time for the food,no ice in the pop machine in the dine in room (had to ask for ice) considering how many people stop there through there itwould be run better. Read more
I'm not going back to complain about measly French fries. When people pay for large, leave the drive thru after being handed... the bag, they generally assume they'll get what they paid for. Not here, not ever again either. Read more
They were slow, couldn't handle the number of customers (probably in part due to the speed - it was several minutes per order,... and there were a lot of orders), lots of things weren't functional, and when we finally got our food - a solid 30 minutes afterordering (we arrived just before 11, and we got our food at 11:45, but some of that time was before ordering) - part of theorder was already getting cold. List of things not available / working wrong on this one visit: * Play place was closed *Neither ice dispenser worked at all * The soda was almost completely flat * The kiosks wouldn't accept payment * Neither toysnor books were available for the happy meals Part of that was probably just unlucky timing, which is why I don't usuallyinclude stuff broken down in a review, but this number of things suggests bad management, not handling maintenance properly. Wepicked McDonald's because of my kid, and all three reasons we went (happy meal toy, play place, and half decent breakfast) wereall failures. So we had an unhappy kid, long wait, and unpleasant food. I tend to let it go when I have a bad experience (mostof my reviews are 5 stars), but this one was exceptional. Read more
Service was extremely slow during a busy period of time (dinner on a Thursday) and there was only one staff member at the desk... who was befuddled, putting it nicely. The printers did not work in several of the automatic machines nor at the counter and itdidn't seem like anyone knew how to fix them. It also appeared that the play place is closed for whatever reason and there arenot happy meal toys so prepare for a revolt from your children if you come here. There is a Burger King location up the roadthat looks to be opening soon, so try there instead. Very unimpressed by this location and it does not even meet the standardsof the Edmonton Trail location in Airdrie, Alberta and THAT place gets your order wrong 75 per cent of the time. Read more
First time, I bought 3 hamburger-meals, 2 kids meal and 20 pieces nugget-meal. I could get my meals almost after 25 minutes.... That time, I didn't get all my French fries. And then, I added 1 burger and 10 pieces nuggets. However, I couldn't get myrecipe with number. Maybe order machine did not work. I had a little bad time in that place. Read more
Fries seem to be fresh whenever I come in. Often closed earlier than expected. Sometimes drive thru is still open. Consistently... have had issues with order accuracy. ???? Maybe will improve Read more
I mean honestly it's a mcdonald's but this place had fresh tasting food and meat was better than what we get in Edmonton /... sherwood park where I'm from, kinda greasy but that's how it should be at mcdonald's. Workers were nice and food came fast. Read more
Waited about half hour for our food. They definitely need more staff. Half the drinks machines weren?t working. Went and sat at... a dirty table which I had to clean myself. Went to the bathrooms one toilet was over flowing with poop etc. flies everywhere.Like gross. Worst fast food place I have ever been to Read more
