It?s a nice friendly place, we stopped there on our way to our Airbnb in Hinton, they told us that they could give us a table,... but it would take an hour to receive our food since they have a small kitchen, but a lot of tables, especially with the patioopen. They have board games so we played Yahtzee while we waited. I felt like they have too much of a big capacity for the foodthey can produce. Also, a whole page on the menu was useless since they told us no pizza was available? I mean, it?s literallyhalf their menu and they can?t make any, that?s weird. Anyways, as for the food that we were able to order it was really good,I got the fried Brussel sprouts and my husband got the chicken poutine (since we are originally from Québec, we are prettyfussy about our poutine), we both really enjoyed our meal. During the Sulphur Slyline trail we met two staff members of the brewery who recommended the place. And they were right. Amazing... food, beers and a warm welcome. Unfortunately, when we were done with our meal it felt like they wanted us out. But overallgood stuff and we got our beers for the days to come during our adventure. It was my second time here, first was stellar. The food is awesome and patio is perfect. My only issue was the service.. worst... I've had in a while, everyone in my party was a bit disappointed by it. Otherwise 5 stars. After responding per requested withmore specific details I was met with a response that downplayed my experience. Saying the server in question was lovely and "notsure what happened". Then ask for more details and don't gaslight former customers. Won't return. Read more

Folding Mountain is an excellent spot to stop going to and from Jasper. The atmosphere inside is very cozy and the perfect vibe... for a mountain microbrewery. I had a tasty cranberry sour and fried chicken sandwich. I want to come back in the summer to tryout the patio! Read more

This brewery is absolutely the best brewery, beer... was so fresh and right fit for my personal preference, and food was great! Usually beet brewery don?t serve fantastic food, butthey do!
