Went for dinner with my girlfriend, sat while the server talked with another table. About 10 minutes before anyone came to our... table only 3 tables had customers so it definitely wasn't a busy night. She ordered a build your own pasta with 3 toppings theyforgot one, I asked for extra sauce. Find out on the bill extra sauce cost 1/3 what the pasta should have. A heads up would havebeen nice as you couldn't even tell there was extra. Only highlight was the robot, seemed like a great employee. It might havebeen drinking on the job as it bumped into some chairs and went to the wrong table so polite through. Read more
The reason I am giving this a 5 star, is because of Daniel, our server. Our party of 4 was not served at the same time. In fact,... 2 of us were served 40 minutes before the third and 4th... so, our one friend ended up taking his food home instead of eatingthere. DANIEL was apologetic. They have some good vegan options. They accidentally put cheese on my vegan friends salad, andwe had to wait for that to get fixed too. I do NOT recommend the cauliflower bites as they were soaked with grease and kind ofgross, but we ate it anyway out of sheer starvation. They have a robot server named Kevin, which was REALLY cool. Unorganized and slow service. Looks like the owner paid for a robot to deliver food (nice gimmick) but they can’t get the... orders right. Been here an hour and my companion couldn’t eat what was served as no one would actually listen to what wasordered! It was an item on the menu with no customization, shouldn’t be that hard. Waitresses running to get cutlery from thelounge for customers in the restaurant and we never saw the ketchup we asked for. When we asked to have our meal corrected itwas not. Then no offer of another item. They simply just did not LISTEN. We kindly asked to be refunded once ensuring the orderwas not our mistake and we were told to wait for a manager approval. Having already wasted so much time and still having a longtravel day ahead of us, we ended up leaving before a refund was issued as there was no end in sight to the wait. We felt sotrapped. We are traveling through Canada and had been seeing this restaurant in a few cities. We decided to stop and try it out. The... restaurant has a good variety besides just pizza. They offer salads and sandwiches as well. My wife and I both enjoyed what weordered. I had a pizza and my wife had a sandwich. The service was great as well. Read more
My husband and I got here at about 9:30PM after driving all the way up from YYC. The server was friendly and welcoming. We got... the 10” Royal Hawaiian pizza although I was skeptical about the ingredients since I was more used to the typical Hawaiianpizza (which I found on the photo of the menu on Google maps, which must be outdated since I couldn’t find it on their menu instore - I attached a QR code where you can find their latest menu). We excluded the Gouda and it was great! Perfect amount offood to satisfy both of us for a late night snack. Read more
We went on this BP ordered our food lady server (Alishia) gave us this nachos without serving plates and cutlery. Then she asked... for IDs one of us didn’t have it and we went to our hotel 2 mins away to garb ID meanwhile other two of us who had IDs withthem asked for if they can order food while we are bringing ID and asked for nachos to be warmed as they were so cold and cheesewas not melted at all then she burned them and refused to take order from ladies who had IDs already. We came from 5 hours driveand 11pm very hungry and this is what we got as a customer service from this lady which was fixed by a manager afterwards whowas very nice guy. But she ruined our whole evening. Food is great manager was great but never ever let ALISHIA take your order.Believe me she will ruin your great evening with her attitude. BP Hinton #107 Timings are 11 am - 11 pm (Checked with staff) Hey All, As always Boston Pizza is always yummy and top notch... when it comes to taste and food. We were travelling from Jasper to Edmonton and kids were hungry so we decided to stop here. Ifyou order one adult meal $16 or above the KID EATS FREE. OFFER VAILD FOR MARCH MONTH ONLY. Decided to treat myself to a large meal after being sick for the last few days. Why not use BP here in hinton for the first... time, right? The spinach dip has the consistency of porridge, the spinach is black, and it tastes off. BAD. The overpricedpotatoes showed up and I plowed through those after being disappointed with the dip. Not 'fluffy' and even though I don't careabout 'fluffy' as long as there are no lumps it wasn't as advertised. Tasted ok, didn't taste like tinfoil? Then I got to thebottom of the tin and see they burned straight through it. Yay. The $23 dollar small chunk of 'meatloaf'? Cold. The cutleryand containers are the only things they didnt screw up..
