Walked in and a staff person was not wearing a mask. He was spreading mayo on a sandwich with his finger (wearing a glove). I... thought he might grab a mask but he didn't so we left. When the franchisee decides that disrespect to police officers is a good thing to display in the store.
Terrible customer service. I called this evening to order takeout and requested curbside pickup (which their other locations do)... and the man on the phone told me no because I had the ability to come inside. They obviously do not care to help keep thosethat are at high risk for covid safe and therefore they will not get my business again. Read more
Only reason I gave one star is because you have to give one in order to leave a review. Lunch was supposed to be delivered at... 11:30 and at noon, still no lunch. Called at 11:45 was told it would be there in a couple of minutes. At noon when I calledback, I was told they were busy and everyone wants their lunch. Well, now my lunch break is over so I get no lunch. We willvoid your order. Wow, great customer service! Read more
Ordered a vegetarian, which is what I always get. Does this amount of cheese look normal? Also, where's the avocado? I was mad... when I got home, so I called. Manager stated it was my fault "because you watched them make it" and "i didn't read the menuabout the extra cheese." Thanks, but I know the JJ menu, and I've never had to disassemble the sandwich throw away half thecheese. I guess it is my bad for not counting the cheese slices as it was being made.
