Online orders take over 40 mins to completes, Saturdays and Sundays are an absolute do not go here. This place during the week... is pretty spot on but the weekend service is absolutely awful. The woman making food has no idea how to prioritize orders anddoesn't ever get them out on time, in order or quick at all. There is no one handling pick up orders so people come and grabanything and everything. The staff doing coffee and donuts are pretty good, one worker saw friends and decided to prioritizethem of their food and coffee tho. Probably going to avoid this from now on. This place sucks. Awesome service, fast and efficient! The coffee and donuts were as fresh and tasty as I remembered! The staff was friendly and... all worked together as a team, and even smiled! ???? Best part, the other customers in the store were super friendly too. Therewas a line when I walked in, but it went really fast. I was driving to the Cape from Boston Logan, and needed to stop to find aDunkin. I moved away from the Cape 13 years ago, and was eager for a real Dunkin Donuts New England style. I stopped here, andthe first amazing thing that happened was that New England hospitality, a super nice customer held the door for me! It made mefeel like I was home. I made a quick trip to the ladies, and went to get in line, and the same nice gentleman let me go ahead ofhim. I just loved hearing his ascent. The staff were patient with me too as I remembered how to properly order a coffee even.???? Had to also get a vanilla bean coolata! Read more
