Was there this afternoon say about noon. What a confusing operation. Asked for a half dozen bagels, four garlic, one asiago one... sesame, the two regular bagels just thrown in a bag with garlic bagels. I had to ask for separate bag to separate them. Theyused to be really good about doing that. There is no sign that says signature. Bagels are more than regular bagels and theynever used to ask that . The only sign I could find is a small little white. Connor on the bagel sign on the rack itself,anyway,. I get to the register and the girl starts asking me were they all signature or all regular... mind you I said it was ahalf dozen bagels. I then had to break it down for her so she could figure out how to charge me. ( I had a repeat this threetimes. I must have been saying it too fast for her to follow. Clo) I also thought there was a deal that if you got six bagelsyou got cream cheese or something to go with it. Perhaps I'm wrong. But the deal was never mentioned. My major concern aboutthis location though is that it's dining room still isn't open to the public. It can't be because of health reasons because noneof the workers are wearing masks anymore. So my question is what gives? Why isn't the dining room open. I'll give them one morechance before I find another bruegger's to go to. Ordered 6 bagels and two tubs of cream cheese to go and upon getting home found the bagels had just been tossed into the to go... bag with the cream cheese tubs and receipt . This may seem like a small issue but it?s a huge food safety issue. The bag isleft out on a table that is not monitored so who knows if someone?s coughing sneezing whatever all over the open bag withunprotected food. Not to mention this was an allergy issue for me and my family. Food handling and safety should be a topconcern but they have made it abundantly clear it is not. Will not return. Read more
Mediocre bagel, supposed to be toasted, but wasn't. The big downer was the dining area is still closed due to COVID. Really?
I love Bruegger's Bagels! Rosemary & olive oil is my favorite, but they're all good. The smoked salmon/lox sandwiches are the... best, but again, they're all good. I had a great experience yesterday. I was going to the Hingham store for a half-dozen, so Icalled ahead to make sure they had what I wanted. A lady I have previously had the pleasure of speaking with (Gerry) said shewould make some up and she had them ready for me when I arrived. I love brueggers but this location is horrible. I used to religiously order in the app and always get egg whites instead of... regular eggs. I wish I could tell you the amount of times I had to turn back around to get my correct order with egg whites.Kept coming back (not sure why) and would order the same thing in store, because maybe there?s an issue with the app (eventhough my receipt clearly would say egg white). EVEN THEN my order has been wrong multiple times. I would understand not beingable to hear but they can ask for the order to be repeated but they usually repeat the order back. Not sure why they offer eggwhites if nobody knows how to make a sandwich with them. I would understand if it?s busy or if people are new but I see the samepeople every time and half the time there?s nobody in the store. And I?m not even talking about the multiple times I?ve beengiven the wrong order. I shouldn?t have to check my order in the Parking lot every time to make sure it?s right. I will say oneof the probably dozen of times this is has happened I was offered a free sandwich. But most of the time I don?t even get anapology. I love their bagels. I got half-a-dozen sesame bagels. They were still warm, and completely covered with sesame seeds. We have a... great bagel place in Franklin MA, but I wish we had a Bruegger's close to us as well. Read more
While the bagels are tasty, the service is so bad that I wouldn?t return. We had a really simple order of a few toasted bagels... with butter. It took them over 30 minutes to complete this order, and the employees behind the counter didn?t seem to beconcerned about their pace of work. I?m a very patient customer when I can tell that the employees are doing everything in theirpower, this team was lazy, not helpful and it wasn?t even busy!!! What a disappointment in staffing at this location. Have neverhad this experience at other Breuggers locations. Read more
Food was fine, ordering system leaves something to be desired. Not sure what the cashier does, customer has to remember each... item ordered. You should order with her and pick up at the end. Read more
