I usually go through the drive thru. I've ordered through the app before and my food and drink was ready when I got there. Food... orders are always correct and cooked just right. Staff inside and at the drive thru are nice. Now for the drive thru. I don'tknow whether customers are ordering a lot or making things complicated, but it takes a long time to get moving. I wait in linefor a while and a long time when I'm next to order. By the time it's my turn to order, it takes less than 2 minutes to order for2 adults and 2 kids every single time. I get to the window and gone in less than 2 minutes. Not sure what is the hold up in thedrive thru, but hopefully the flow will get better. Read more

This place needs a manager, that knows how to run a buisness, it's entirely too many people working the front. Theres alot of... chaos going on. Don't waist your time ordering on line they only care about the drive thru and I can I bett your order will notbe ready! Dipped in Sweet Chili but it?s not even dipped, it?s literally rolled in left over sauce. Looking like it was rolled in water,... it?s not even sweet chili, it literally tastes like they added water to the left ofer sauce and squashed it in there. The tea istoo sweet, they gave me ?extra? fries because they never have coleslaw but where?s the extra? This is what I usually get and Ieat here once a month.
