This location will gladly take your money, not give you everything you ordered and/or mess your order up, and refuse to... communicate with you about receiving a refund. I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes, only to be hung up on aftermentioning my order was wrong. For charging as much as they do for wet fries and overcooked chicken wings, you'd think the leasttheir employees could do would be to talk over the phone. Apparently not. Read more

My fries were not included or delivered with my order. I phoned the restaurant and was asked "do you want to come get them or... do you want a credit for the next time you order?" I can't leave work which is why I had it delivered. I asked for the chargeto be removed and was told "OK, I got you." I guess I will find out when the payment processes ??????????? Read more
Wasn't impressed with Wingstop. I understand that it's hard to find anyone that wants to work these days. The place was busy... filling take out orders. We were dining in. We waited at least 30 minutes. Everyone kept being told that they were waiting onfries. Finally got our order and the food was cold. I got here at 1900 wanting a 6pc meal with fries I was told it would be 25min wait and it's currently 1958 and people have come... ordered and left. Also employees were screaming and went outside and started fighting outside the building. It is loud andunprofessional. I love wingtip food but the employees here and completely unprofessional. Average restaurant, average wings, average service (at best), with longer than average wait times. Not a bad place, but not a... great one either. By far the slowest workers I have ever seen in my life they are constantly talking to each other and not working been waiting... for my order for 35 minutes and it still not done.
