Didn't even ask what sauce I wanted so I just told them I wanted mild, then they told me to pay at the first window, went up to... the first window and no one was even there. Waited for a bit and went to drive up to the second window to pay when someoneleaned out the first window yelling at me to come back, not my fault since he wasn't even at his post. Then I get my food andlook in the box and they had given me every sauce except mild. Worst establishment ever. Don't get a job if your not willing toput in the effort. Would not recommend. Plus my food was soaked in grease as always, the bottom of the box barely stayed in onepiece. Read more
We ordered supreme tacos and they charged us for them and got regular tacos and they put a sour cream container in there with... like a spoonful of sour cream. There?s no tomatoes nor was there sour cream put on any of our tacos. We asked for a substituteand they couldn?t even do it. This is by far the worst Taco Bell experience I?ve ever had and the ladies were rude. The drinksalso taste like they don?t clean there machines as they taste like mold. Read more
The older white woman who is usually in the very 1st drive thru window to give a receipt seems like a nice lady, all her common... sense is with her, but when u get to the second window to get your actual food, you don't know if you're going to get a rudeemployee or not. Some of the employees, "not all of the employees" lack Customer service skills really bad. Obviously, this TacoBell location was desperate to hire just anybody. Read more
No one took our order. We had to ask if We had to use the Kiosk, to people standing around. Paid for large drinks, but... served medium cups because they were out of large cups, but no help to get pay difference. Then when we finally got food, somewas burnt. It looks like two people were back in back working. I felt like I ate a Kitty meal. Glad I'm going home to Tn. Wehave the Best Taco Bell! Never had burnt food. Read more

Is there any way to give this location 0 stars. Went today ordered a party pack, taco Supreme combo, 2 Fiesta potatoes and 3... beef chalupas. I didn't get the meal. Not even the drink... window worker was to busy looking at whoever was making the tacos.Tacos had barely any meat in them it was mainly lettuce and a shell.. this store needs new management asap... yes I had startedeating but stopped cause if I wanted a lettuce taco I could have made it at home??????? I have never had such a bad experience at a taco bell. The kiosk "lost" our order, they couldn't find our order at the... register, and a woman who appeared to the manager was giving attitude the whole time accusing us of trying to get free food. Needless to say I will not visit that taco bell again and will print receipts from now on cuz I can't trust them to workproperly Read more
