Went in.. was around dinner time (6pm) when I ordered. Several people inside, and drive through full. Everyone waiting for... chicken. No mild other than dark meat available. Finally got my order, and took it home ... 20 minute trip with traffic. Drop itoff to family, and I get a call asking where are the sides. Mashed and gravy and red beans and rice were missing. Triedcalling store multiple times. Nobody answers. After awhile, it would kick over to a fax mashine... you really should have yourvoice and fax on seperate lines. being overcharged for ordering a meal and not getting what you paid for isn?t right and I bet it happens more often than not. Be careful using your debit card, paid for my meal and later checked my back account and a second higher cost meal was run on my... card as well. Calling location now and after 20 minutes of constant ringing, no one can answer the phone. Seems sketchy likethey are skimming cards or paying for their own meals. Read more

Terrible service, waiting in the drive through for 35 minutes with only two cars in front of me, workers super unfriendly and... seem to have major attitude. Sat at the window when it was my turn for 25 minutes! 1 hour just sitting there total! I onlyordered for myself. While the workers are inside laughing. The young lady working the drive through eating chicken and sippin onthe company?s time. Then leaves and goes up front and I?m still sitting here. Very unsatisfied. Such a horrible location andservice! I asked for a refund after sitting for 1 hour in the drive through and I?m told they are short staff, not true. Therewere plenty of workers in there, just a lot of them were teen girls not wanting to work.
