The boba here is great and the poke bowls have great potential! My boyfriend and I have been to this place a good bit now and... have only had a problem with the ?soupy? texture of the bowls that we?ve received. We have been requesting for the sauces to beon the side since they can be very heavy handed with them and the food becomes inedible when it?s completely drenched and wet.This time around, we asked for the sauces on the side, again, and did not receive the service we requested. The attached pictureis the outcome we noticed when we arrived home. Outside of this consistent problem, when done correctly, the poke bowls are verysatisfying. Read more
POKE LOVE!!!! Absolutely delicious and super fresh! I had the poke bowl with salmon and tuna and all kinds of goodies. They lead... you through every step and let you pick exactly what you want. I don't know when this ice cream shop opened up. But it's a real gem. You order your flavor of ice cream, they mix it and... then roll the ice cream. I'm not sure of what the process is called, but it's really neat to watch. The cups cost $6 and youget your flavor of ice cream and up to 3 toppings. As we walked in we were greeted promptly by Jaelyah (sp). She was reallypatient as I made my selection and even made recommendations. The ice cream was pretty good. But halfway through, I found a hair that was definitely not mine. I understand mistakes happen... but it?s gross. Regardless of your feelings about mask wearing, it seems unreasonable to require everyone to wear one when theydon?t have any to offer to customers who don?t happen to have one on hand. The staff seemed disorganized and talked about thecustomers before me who disagreed with their mask policy and the staff came off very arrogant. I would seriously reconsider howthis business is run.
