Do not order the Detroit style pizza. It's just a pan pizza with the sauce on top. A true Detroit pizza has the sauce under... the cheese. It's the Chicago style that has the sauce on top. Read more
If the customer is inconvenienced by Pizza Hut, an accommodation should be made. After waiting over a hour (received... confirmation text 6:54PM, with an estimate of 25-35 minute wait time), I reached out to the store to check on my order. Theshift manager wasn?t sure where the order was after being placed on hold a couple of times. She then stated the would remake thefood and get it back out to me. I kindly asked for at least a discount being that it?s an over hour since I placed the order andI am now having to wait even longer for more food to be made and delivered. The shift manager made the comment of, ?I?m alreadymaking you more food.? As if it was my fault they did not deliver the food the first time. I did not expect to get free food,but it would have been nice to get at least a dollar or two off of my $28 order for the inconvenience. That really made a poorexperience for my family and I. However, the delivery driver was sweet and apologized for the delay so kudos to him. Read more
They are FAR too expensive. I paid $74 even with a coupon. Marcos has way better quality, and a bit cheaper. I'll not be... ordering any more pizza hut. Read more
Usually the pizza from this location is pretty decent. I'm not picky person about my food but this go around was very... disappointing. My pizza was more like breadsticks than a deep dish pizza. I've worked at pizza joint before and I know how manyhands one pie goes. And this pie is unacceptable for severing to a customer. Lucky enough the girl at the front counter was niceenough to make an actual pizza! Read more
Surprised by all the negative reviews at this location, my experience was really good. The associate that took my order was... friendly and quick. My food was ready in 20 minutes (only 5 minutes longer than I was told) and it was very busy. Waiting areawas clean, as was the bathroom. Four stars instead of five because the cheese on the pizza seems a little thin. I know it'spicky, but I love a good cheesy pizza. Looks like the oven might be running a little hot, or the portion is just a tad small.Still, overall great experience and I will be back. Read more
I watched the worker take my pizza out of the oven. As he was putting it into the box, it flipped over onto the counter. He then... flips it back over and scrape my toppings off of the counter and scrape them back on to my pizza and proceeded to give it to me.When i told him that i saw him flip my pizza over, his response was, it still looks good.
