Do not order the Detroit style pizza. It's just a pan pizza with the sauce on top. A true Detroit pizza has the sauce under... the cheese. It's the Chicago style that has the sauce on top. Read more
If the customer is inconvenienced by Pizza Hut, an accommodation should be made. After waiting over a hour (received... confirmation text 6:54PM, with an estimate of 25-35 minute wait time), I reached out to the store to check on my order. Theshift manager wasn?t sure where the order was after being placed on hold a couple of times. She then stated the would remake thefood and get it back out to me. I kindly asked for at least a discount being that it?s an over hour since I placed the order andI am now having to wait even longer for more food to be made and delivered. The shift manager made the comment of, ?I?m alreadymaking you more food.? As if it was my fault they did not deliver the food the first time. I did not expect to get free food,but it would have been nice to get at least a dollar or two off of my $28 order for the inconvenience. That really made a poorexperience for my family and I.
