Will never go here again. Ordered a salad to go and when I got home I realized it didn't come with the dressing. On top of that... when I opened the salad box there was a ton of brown slimy pieces of lettuce. I tried to pick around it and took the smallestbite of a piece of lettuce that looked fresh. When I tell you I almost immediately vomited. It tasted TERRIBLE. Like salad mixthat sat in the back of a fridge for a month. That was the last time I will give Panera in hinesville the chance. It doesn'thelp either the managers in there always have a bad attitude and seen to drag the team down which in turn drives the qualitydown. Save your money and save your stomach by going some place else. Read more
Very rude manager. Came in for a nice Sunday lunch with my wife and our baby girl. I ordered a bread bowl in the side to tear up... and dip in my soup, when my order was put in the counter I informed the manager that I had also ordered a bread bowl, she wentin to say that I was not charged for the bread and said I could go order it, when I asked my wife to bring me the receipt themanager printed a receipt and said that it was from my order and that the bowl was not on it. Thankfully I didn?t not take herword for it and still checked my receipt, and sure enough it was in there and I was in fact charged for it. When I showed thisto the manager she gave me a nasty look and said to her employee ?give him a bowl? and just walked away, no apology just a rudelook and that?s it. That manager clearly has some personal issues that are preventing her from treating people with kindness,truly sad. Hopefully she finds some peace soon ???????????. Read more
Do Not Go To This Location! Customer service is very poor! Their registers were down, & I had to order online. That was okay... until I had to wait 30 minutes to be told they would not be able to provide my order. Why was I not told after they received theorder? Employees had plenty of time to converse with each other, but no one communicated to a paying customer who stood in yourstore near the pick up counter for 30 minutes that her order could not be fulfilled?!?! This is beyond poor customer service!There were no apologies given to me. I have to wait a week for a refund. I will never go to this location again! It does notdeserve one star! Read more
Save your money. Avoid this location. Everytime I go they mess up my order. They're rude at the drive thru and made me wait 20... min for lukewarm drinks. It's a bunch of overpaid kids who don't care about the customers. Read more
I love Panera, but their morning service is awful, the staff are back there laughing and playing, and acting like working is... disturbing them. I was late to work multiple times this last week waiting for my order that I was told was done on the app, thatI placed before even my leaving my house, and every time I got there, they haven't even looked at my order! It's so frustratingand I can do without the attitudes. Read more
Went in for cheddar broccoli soup they say they are out then I try to get something else and they don't have the bread for that!... then told me I can't have a bread soup bowl because they are ALMOST out not out Almost out. I ordered online and when my wife returned home, I found messes my order up again. I went to atire and told them order was wrong... again and the chip bag was filles with air and no chips. The manager remade my sandwich and she messed the order up again. Itold her to just box me up some bacon a d I'll put on my own sandwich! Read more
