Yesterday my husband and I had food from here. We both got curry chicken, mine with extra curry sauce. It was absolutely... delicious and everything I needed it to be as a hungry pregnant woman lol. I definitely will be getting food from here the nexttime I have a craving. The cabbage had a sweet taste to it and it was so good with the curry sauce. Plantains were absolutelyperfect. This is hands down the best Caribbean food out here in the area. I know there is some solid competition in the area, but the... food that comes from this kitchen is built different. You can tell that they still have the care of a home kitchen in theback. Don?t let the small shop and the lack of interior design fool you, they blow the others out the water. They remember meand my wife because we frequently grab a dinner from here. The only downside is the (currently) limited operation hours, whichI?m told they will be doing a full opening ?soon?. Trust me when I tell you that this is the spot to go to for Caribbeanfood. If I ever manage to open the box without instinctively diving in, I will make sure to attach some pictures. One warningfor those that can?t handle sweet drinks: the fruit punch is delicious, and VERY sweet. If you need a recommendation, I suggestthe jerked chicken and jerked pork combination plate with the rice and peas and cabbage. You won?t regret it. Read more
