The absolute WORST McDonald's I ever been to in my entire life. Unprofessional at best from the management down to the crew.... They don't know how to talk to people with respect(customers nor team), and the food nor service is anywhere near up tostandard. The lobby is almost never open and the drive-thru is never moving. Best McDonald's in the area. Can be hit or miss when it comes to happy / friendly service especially when they are busy. Always... have to check my meals when going through the drive thru, had quite a few missing items from both not hearing all the items atspeaker to them forgetting to give them to us. Can be better than 3 stars sometimes but can also do worse than 3 stars onothers. Read more
What the hell?! Are the people making anebserving the food on the spectrum? Everything is correct on the receipt but what's in... the bag is all wrong. Those "managers" over there with those bad sister girl attitudes are lazy. How hard is it to make surewhat's on the receipt matches what's in the bag?! Lord! Do your job! Read more
Worst McDonald's ever! If I could give zero stars I would. I went through the drive-thru window which took about 20 minutes. I... ordered one (1) Happy Meal for my 6-year old grandson and asked for a ten (10) piece McNuggets, medium fry, and medium drink formy 7-year old granddaughter but asked if it could be put in a Halloween bucket. I was not expecting to get her meal for a HappyMeal charge; she just wanted a bucket. I was told when I ordered the food this was not a problem. When I paid for the meal($25.76) I was told again she could have a bucket. I moved to the 2nd window to pick up my food and was told I could only havethe Halloween bucket if I ordered another Happy Meal. I explained she was 7-years old and couldn't they just put her 10-piecenuggets and fries in a bucket? I was told the manager said "No." I finally gave up and left. When I got home, not only wereour fries ice cold, I had been charged $1.50 for the Halloween bucket! When I called back to speak to the Manager (it took mecalling 5 times before someone answered), she told me I was not charged for the bucket. I explained I was charged; the chargewas on my receipt. Her response was I could come the next day and get $1.50 refund. This is probably the worst CustomerService I have seen in awhile. I am not sure who owns this McDonald's but I do intend to find out. Only putting two stars because the customer service is always excellent. The staff is always super nice! & the food is always... good. The reason I?m rating so low is because the amount of time spent waiting in the drive-thru is ridiculous. There is noreason someone should have to wait 20+ minutes to get the the speaker-especially with the lobby closed. It makes 0 sense. Idon?t know whether it?s an issue with the kitchen or speed of making food or what, but something has to give. Read more
Ordered on the mobile app and sat in the mobile pick up for 27 mins while waiting for a simple 1 person meal. Then they ended up... giving me someone else?s burger that had the pickles removed. Would have been twice as fast to go through the driveway. I wouldthink mobile order is faster but it?s definitely not. Read more

I waited in line to order 2 chocolate milkshakes and when I finally got to the line I was asked to wait in the #1 spot. This is... when a young lady walked to the car and handed us 2 vanilla milkshakes and when we told her they were vanilla she said that?they are chocolate shakes, they just don?t have color?, and walked off.
