Very unprofessional! I don't like to use the word ghetto but that's exactly what it was today. The girl who took my order wasn't... polite at all. I waited in the drive thru for more than 25 minutes for just 3 donuts. The person ahead of me just ordered onedonut and a coffee and he waited just as long if not longer! I don't know what was going on in that kitchen today but a lot ofpeople in line did the same thing I did, gave up and left. Read more
I'm sorry y'all but I just can't anymore ???? I've gone back several times hoping for a different outcome and yet disappointment... seems to be their consistency. I've gone to KK in Jacksonville, Fl and Savannah, Ga and they manage to have the same normallooking glazed donut. However, Hinesville, Ga KK always give me burnt looking donuts with hardly any icing. The donuts alwayslook and taste like it's been made the day before. Seriously, corporate need to look at what's going on here. Read more
This location used to be great. The drive-through speaker doesn't work, and the employees yell at you after finally taking your... order after waiting 10 minutes. Recommend you drive to Dunkin Donuts for better service. Read more
Last time I visited this place was the absolute last time. I ordered two dozen. One to share with a friend, one for my family.... The person filling my order gave me a dozen tiny donuts, and charged me for full size. I opened the box and asked where the restwere as half of the box was empty. She looked at me like a deer in headlights. Another employee told her to just fill up the boxwith more smaller ones to equal a dozen regular size. She was still confused. She ended up adding 3 full size donuts to my tinyset of donuts...THAT is the service you will get at this location. Everytime. Not worth the hassle and poor service. It was fine when they first opened and I'd get donuts during my visit. My last visit was the most disappointing donuts from ANY... Krispy Kreme. The donuts were miniature! They were so small, 12 only filled up 3/4 of the box. Before you drive off, make sureyour donuts are full sized. Read more
I kinda expected better. We went in through the drive through and the guy was all polite and everything great service but when... we got home and open the box I was disappointed. We asked for six bumble bee and six glazed and the bumble bees were missingit?s wings. And they were smaller than they show. Read more
Ordered here a couple times this past few weeks and both times we have had issues. The cinnamon toast crunch was missing the... crunch and swirls, our Halloween order didn't even come with the witch brooms advertised and we also ordered the Halloween ministo which we were called by our door dash driver, not even the company to let us know they were out of the minis and that wasfine but since we had already paid we asked if they could replace them with something else and a lady in the background justcame off rude saying oh my gosh in front of said driver like it was an issue to fix the problem. So we said it's fine we willjust take the refund. Still got charged for the minis so we had to call to make sure we got our money back. I am so sorry ladythat you had a bad day but please don't take it out on paying customers and delivery drivers just trying to do their job. Read more
me and my family loved KK so much that we wanted to buy KK donuts on a daily basis, first visit to this shop was shocking, floor... was littered and there was an awful stench that reeked inside the store. employees don't seem to bother. 2nd visit, the lady whoserved me was a bit rude (sorry). i dont think il ever come back to this store.
