I was skeptical because of the negative reviews but decided to try anyways. The wing flavors are great, but a good portion of... the wings were undercooked to the point we could not eat them. Please cook your wings fully. Gooey and bloody wings are gross. Larger wings,especially, require more cook time. It?s ?hit or... miss?, their sides and fried Oreos are great and they have lots of wing sauces to select from but again, cook your wings. That?syour biggest menu item. Read more
So I have only lived in Georgia for six months now and have been settling for the wings for pizza places. Well tonight I decided... to try an actual wing place to see if they knew what they were doing. I ordered three different kinds so I could eat them overthe next few days. One boneless, two bone-in. When I got the boxes (had them DoorDashed) it didn?t look like much. I tried thefirst kind (honey chipotle bone-in) and my god. My eyes closed and I was in wing heaven. They were just the right amount ofcrispy, juicy, and sauced. Next were the Buffalo. Again, my mouth thanked me and I inhaled the wing. Last but not least, AppleBBQ boneless. I originally ordered these for my daughter but after the first bite, I wondered. Did she need that many wings? Shewouldn?t know if a few were missing. I had to stop myself from devoring all three boxes. Not until after I had eaten did I readthe reviews and I?m glad I didn?t make my decision off of them. First time trying this place. Immediately got a refund. Took too long, food was cold. Wings were also undercooked. Chewy and... pasty. Fries could have been good but were also cold and soggy so the extra fries I believe they threw in because of the waitwere still too nasty too eat. I?m not one to complain and I?m definitely not the one to leave a review but this was such a letdown, I had to grab my phone and do this. Don?t waist your time. Rather not have wings then these wings. The problem is probablymanagement and crew because the food look like it could be cooked to taste at least decent. Read more
The wings were too big, they were drowned in sauce, my plate was full of sauce, you can only order online so you can?t customize... your order, the food comes out cold or room temperature, they operate inside of Chili?s so you won?t be able to talk to anyonebesides Chili?s workers . Okay not amazing. Okay for a wing fix. Just wish they used more sauce and or seasoning. Ordered lemon pepper and Cajun. Fries... are bomb though. Be prepared to wait an absurd amount of time for an order though. Placed order at 7:50 and at 8:50 no food. 3rdtime trying them and every time food is room temperature or out right cold. Read more
