Always had a very pleasant experience, I have had the cookie butter cold brew twice so far. Today was my Third time receiving... the drink, me and my father both got two different items. They were out of cookie butter cold foam according to the lady that Icalled when I called up there to complain that they had put regular cold foam on my drink. She told me that they were justtrying to get Coffee out the door and that she apologizes, but I think that?s very unprofessional considering the fact that theydid not inform me that they were out of the cookie butter cold foam before I finished placing my order. I told them I wanted acookie butter cold brew with cream and sugar and they gave me a cookie butter cold brew with cream and sugar and regular coldfoam, it would have been nice to know beforehand that they were out of the cookie butter cold foam but instead they were justtrying to hurry up and gave me something I didn?t ask for. Also my dad ordered a brown sugar cold brew, and they put cold foamand cookie butter crumbles on top which he did not ask for. I understand they can be busy sometimes but we were the only peoplein line, it?s just upsetting to know that the same drink I?ve been getting for the past week was incorrect and when I called upthere to let them know and inform them all they tell me is that they apologize and that they were just try to send it out thedoor and that they were out of it Read more

Just ok. Had regular coffee with cream, and jelly donut. Tables were all in need if good wipe down. Staff were friendly,... assisted us. Store was not busy...we sat down after turning hightop table around to a spot not sticky to sit at. Stayed about 30minutes. The table where the "to go, pickup, orders was had sticky rings as well. We ordered online and expected to wait knowing that many restaurants are short staffed but after 15 minutes I decided to confirm... that our order was received. When I asked, the manager yells across the lobby for everyone to be patient because the staff wasin training. She was obviously stressed and I understand that but she embarrassed my daughter and I by handling it in such anunprofessional manner. All I wanted to know was if our online order was received. I used to love this place. Like 3 or 4 days a week kind of love. I haven't been since the holidays, for two reasons; excessive... waiting and receiving room temperature coffee several times. Fast forward over 4 months later and it's only gotten worse. Placeda mobile order at 9:18, arrived at 9:39 & walked out at 9:55. Not at all convenient. Waiting over 10 minutes with no one aroundand I wasn't even greeted. Read more
Absolutely horrible....I order through doordash for a sausage crossiant with extra sausage and only received bread, egg and... cheese. Door dash was amazing with my refund. I'll never order again. No sausages on a sausage, egg, cheese sandwich! Read more
Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. Selected for 2 fried eggs with bacon and Swiss cheese. This sandwich was missing the... main ingredients and was un-toasted. Ordered through DoorDash and was given a refund (Thanks DoorDash!) but still so unhappywith this Dunkin location. That was two chances from me, both with incorrect orders. Read more
Usually no problem but I placed a mobile order and picked drive thru pick-up. When I arrived the line was wrapped around the... corner, so I decided to go in. I explained to the cashier I placed a mobile order and want to pick up in store. We had theAUDACITY to say ?she?ll get to it when she can.? When she can? For an order I paid for??!! Luckily I was able to speak toanother associate and she got my order to me immediately. Had I not said anything, i would have been sitting there forever.Whoever the lady was in the green Christmas sweater on early morning shift 12/9/22- thank you!
