Pretty average for fast food spots in the area. Food is different than McDonald's and burger king, tho it isn't always better.... Most of the time you can tell they haven't changed out their cooking grease, and the staff could be happier to have yourbusiness. The drive was never really defined for me until the pandemic struck our great nation. When I think of DRIVE THRU Ithink about a cinema a big screen tv, everyone sitting in the great car park. Now drive has another meaning I see the disabled,the people who benefit from this service. Then these businesses concentrate on wheelchair-accessible, bathrooms that provide thedisabled with comfortable access and car park that has wheelchair sign as week as businesses that has wheelchair sign on theirdoor Without my foot inside these businesses I could not identify with what business businesses the people, it is more than themilkshake, or the Chilli fries, the brisket sandwich ???? and those annexed-smelling corn beef sandwiches what about the biggestloaded turkey Sandwich? but most importantly those voices at the counter and the microphone make the service those chief andcooks menu will never get out to us without those personalities and voices at the front What you want from a business a foodbusiness is not just food You want price, portions, time, You want joy, laughter, and comfort but you cannot have that without acustomer service that knows what their customer needs. I wish I could give a minus because it's the unsanitary hygiene for me...I ordered in the drive through and when I pulled up the... worker had her night time sleep Bonnet on at the window....WOWWWWW so disgusting who wants to receive food from someone with aBonnet on their head....I immediately went online and complained, and not to my surprise I have yet to hear from anyone tofollow up on my complaint...seems there are no management standards or maybe noone cares because when you can come to work withbed attire on your head is very trifling. Two stars because staff was friendly. But my food and my wife food was soaked. The curly fries were orange and hard. I ordered a... small and got a medium. I ordered her a medium and got a large. It wouldn't have been so bad if I paid for what I asked for. Wewere hungry not starving so we knew what we wanted. I ordered a small to find I paid for a medium for my meal and ordered a Medium for my wife just to pay for a large. Then I get... the food home and her sandwich is soggy, sloppy and gross and my boneless wings just had sauce poured on them. The curly friesand the crinkle fries with our order were gross. It was an all around horrible experience. I know that fast food in Hinesvilleis quite horrible but geesh I wish I checked my food before I left drive thru. Love Arby's food. Normally hot and fresh no issues. But this day no line about an hour or so before they closed for the night,... it just look like they did not care how they prepared the food just threw the sandwich all together. Only reason I will give 2stars is because the young lady at the window had great customer service and fries were hott!! Read more
Great food as is the majority of the time I go there. However the staff was not very friendly and respectful.
