Was very disappointed in the customer service this evening. My family and I 6 if it's cave in for an early dinner. They weren't... busy and the customer service sucked. We waited forever to get our drink order taken. The bartender was also out waitress. Weordered several appetizers and then our meal. Or meal came before the appetizers. The manager herself brought out our appetizersas we were finishing our meal and even asked "why an I bringing these?" Our response was because we never got them. We assumedthe waitress forgot to put them in and decided not to make a big deal about it just enjoy our entree. The waitress asked howwas our meal and we told her it would have been nice to have our appetizers before our dinner. Her response was she had no help.No apologies nothing. What happened to customer service. What happened to hospitality. What happened to making sure people arehappy with your service. I did leave an 18%tip of $22 but honestly in retrospect our glasses stayed empty until we had to asksomeone and theanager herself could have comped the after dinner appetizers or at least offtlered an apology. The service person was great. I and a friend ordered the all you can eat boneless wings. They were tasteless and fried too hard.... Couldn't get to the chicken because the batter was so hard. I ordered two different flavors but were lacking in flavor. I endedup eating more fries than the chicken. Read more
Worst experience I have EVER had. The waitress was extremely slow and inattentive. Other people came in after us and had their... meals almost done eating before our waitress even took our food order!! Im not kidding.. that crazy. And the food was awful.Barely any sauce on the Alfredo, my Fiesta lime chicken (which I order at every Applebee's) was super lacking and the rice wasovercooked and plain, my husband's medium rare steak was well done. Just awful. We were here visiting our son so not much wecould do. Took 2.5 hours for this experience, making us late for our movie. Smh. I normally love Applebee's and its a safe bet,usually, when traveling. Not this time. Someone needs to fix this or it will never last. Read more

April 8: 2-star:. This is the first time a second trip resulted in a lower score. This time things were not average. The food... was good. The drinks were not. The hostess staff and wait staff did a poor job even though it wasn't crowded. The beersarrived at the table at different levels and with no head. The strawberry margarita just looked sad. There was only sugar onhalf the rim, no garnishment, very little alcohol, it tasted like a strawberry lemonade in a fancy glass. The manager had nocontrol over the restaurant or staff and quality was a mixed bag all around. This place sucked tonight, and it was way lesscrowded than last week. April 1: 3-star: The service was good. Very average Applebee's experience. Nothing stood out. Thestaff knowledge, the food, the drinks were all average and expected. Read more
The worst food service ever, very likely the worst in the United States, and I've been to places that openly didn't like my... middle eastern face and had better experience. We waited for an hour for the manager to tell us that she was very sorry, they'rebacked up. When I told her other tables that sat and ordered after us have been eating their food already, her answer was thatit depends on what they order as well! Well that's great to know after years of cooking, now the craft Mac and Cheese takeslonger to make than a half rack of ribs. After bringing our food, they left raw onions on my wife's food which wasn't supposedto be and almost burned my burger when I ordered it pink. I'd like to see their response!!! Read more
I'm throwing my guts up and in writhing pain as I type this review. I keep track of everything I have eaten and I ate Applebee's... last for lunch (and ate my extra food for dinner). I'm 100% sure I have food poisoning and I should have read the reviews beforeeating here, especially after finding out some people mentioned roaches. Only redeeming quality was the waitress was nice anddid a good job. Most restaurants are disgusting in Hinesville and I guess I was hoping they'd be better. Read more
