Using the app to place a mobile order had me skipping a significant line right at lunch time. The food was prepared quickly and... was exactly as expected, including the customizations I added. Please don?t go here!! One of the employee?s fired a gun through the drive thru window and then ran out continuing to shoot.... Guns were spotted at this restaurant before. This use to be a five star Wendy?s for many years until a few years ago. I use tosay it was the best Wendy's that Id ever been to and I never had to check my order and never had to ask for condiments. Nowadaysit takes twenty minutes most of the time and its 50/50 if your order is correct. The young man taking orders was on his phoneinstead of telling me the total or asking if I wanted a receipt. That?s probably why my order was wrong. Just disappointingsince Im a local and enjoy Wendy's food every once in a while. Won?t be back unless its the only restaurant open. Read more
Nothing like waiting over 10 min for 1 combo only to watch them bag my fries then 5 min later fries not under a heat lamp they... bag my burger. Watched them eating online not washing there hands and to top it off asked them to replace my barely warm friesfor the ones that just came up an they walked around the corner and did not even change my fries. This Wendy's location was not one of the best. They had mildew on the ceiling and on the wall tiles. The tables needed a good... wipe down. The welcoming scent was not that pleasant. But the staff was very friendly. Read more
Waited in line at the drive through for over 30 minutes. Watched several cars ahead of us give up and drive away. When we got to... the window there were workers just standing around chatting and talking about how they couldn't wait to close in 10 minutes. Avery frustrating experience overall. Spent 45 minutes in drive thru line. I have no complaint on that, I know everywhere is short staffed these days. My complaint... is with getting the order corrected. I ordered 4 combo meals and 1 kids meal. Received all 4 drinks, the kids meal, the mainitems for the 4 meals but only 2 fries. When asking for the 2 other fries the guy was rude, took the bags back and moved 2 friesto the other bag still leaving out 2 fries. Then continued to argue with us. Needless to say left 2 fries short for a nearly $40order. Read more
It took 12 minutes to get my order then they didn't put my fries in the bag. I noticed as I was pulling off but by they I was to... far past the window. I only have a half hour for lunch so I didn't have time to walk in or gonback through the drive throughand retrieve my missing fries. The lady at the window was friendly though. Read more
Sign out front said come inside for pickup orders, doors were locked no answer when i knocked at either one. Waited deep in line... at the drive thru. At the speaker I inquired about the door. The response was "uh huh". Then "name". Then "I un know". Firstwindow she shrugged and said "no english". Second window she just started handing me drinks without a word. Then another guyhanded us a bag an shut the window again. We left with an extra drink an sandwich for the recipient. Read more
