The food was great, that?s all I have. If you want a clean restaurant, don?t go to the Hilton Head location. I?ve seen other... reviews stating the same thing, with canned responses from corporate? Super dirty ceiling at every A/C vent, dirty/dusty light fixtures, the window behind thesoda machine was covered in dust and dirt because the dirty/dusty vent for the ice machine is right in front of it. In addition,as other reviews stated the tables were super sticky, although that could?ve been the finish degrading. The employees wereworking hard making food, but you need to clean as well. food was extraordinary for what would be considered a fast food joint. the hamburger meat was freshly ground and smashed right... on the grill -- no pre-formed patty. i didn't care for the fries or shake but the burger was so damn good that i don't evencare. burger = five stars. the place was understaffed and the crew there was ABSOLUTELY HUSTLING, keeping their cool and beingcourteous despite their overwhelm. staff = five stars for professionalism. the only reason i take a star off on the overallscore is because i could not get the soap dispenser in the ladies' room to work properly. while there was soap in it, pushingthe lever didn't dispense anything. i hope they fix this quickly for obvious reasons. Stopped in for shakes, very expensive ($6.99 each) and tasted like corn syrup. The restaurant was extremely hot and had ceiling... tiles missing. There was also a very large amount of dust, dirt, mold, and God knows what else at each HVAC ceiling vent. Idon't know how this place can even pass code. The workers seemed to be very hard working but shouldn't have to work in thiskind of atmosphere. We had to stand outside in 90 degree weather to keep cool. Read more

Family tried Wayback after seeing the long line at Java burrito , and it was delicious. Just missed one star because there was... no ice for fountain Drinks. Great Burgers with choice of Tater Tots or Fries. They have Shakes as well.

First time trying this place today. The Chilli cheese frys were really good. The burgers also were really good. I recommend any... burger fan to try this place out. You shouldn't be disappointed. Read more

My first time here and it was delicious! We kept it basic for our first trip with the classic burger and fries and a strawberry... milkshake. They have a perfect patio for outdoor seating. Looking forward to going to the location where I live. Read more
