What can I say: they wanna look like an upscale option for dinners in Hilton Head...if you look at pricing and menu items... names/descriptions. But other then that, it's a diner! I think they don't need to pretend and just cater to an average consumer:diner is a diner! Some of the food we tried was better than the other, but...moat of it was pretty blend, especially sides Onedish was great though: chicken livers! We've had much better meals for less money. P.S. servers are great though, no problemsin that department! Read more

This restaurant was superb. Food was delicious we had the NC Brook trout and Gabe our waiter got us some of the shrimp and... oyster sauce they use for the potatoes. Beyond awesome. The atmosphere is so warm and homey here. Tiffany loves the colors andthe decor and it matches so well. Would definitely come back here. Read more

An absolutely amazing restaurant. A “Hidden Gem” as my mom likes to call it. The ambiance is quaint and cozy. The drinks are... the definition of perfection. The food is top shelf it takes all the money hands down. The peach cobbler, tiramisu, chocolatecake, and pecan pie are to die for. The Venison Meatloaf, Penne Primavera, Roasted Chicken, Shrimp and Scallops, and the Ribeyeare the best on the menu by far. The staff is awesome and they’re so nice as well. Perfect place to eat for when you’respending time in Hilton Head. Read more

We heard great thing about the lucky rooster and had to try it. We tried the tuna, deviled eggs, wedge salad and the kids had... the burger, all delicious. We were a little disappointed to find out they just changed the menu so we weren’t able to try thefamous fried chicken but everything else was great. We even sat outside a little after happy hour to hear the excellent one-manband on the patio terrace - ??pro tip??the outside loud setting came in handy when the kids were being loud/rowdy. Haha. Enjoy!! Read more

Seating was very prompt and recommend reservations. Dinner was delicious I had potatoes with blue cheese and they are best... potatoes I’ve ever had. The steak cut like butter. The staff was very friendly and the manager came up to make sure we wereOK. Keegan Was the best waiter I’ve had in a very long time. His recommendation where spots on. The peach cobbler is nothingthat I’ve ever tasted before. This restaurant will not disappoint. It’s by far the best dinner we’ve had on the island.Thank you for making our vacation very enjoyable Read more

Great experience! The food was good, atmosphere was amazing. The staff was very friendly and our waiter Owen was great. The... drinks were amazing!!!! A couple of suggestions, bread would go great with the mussels and bouillabaisse. Also, mention the tunaputtanesca is olive based (ya, I probably should have known that). But it was great and we will definitely go back!!!! Read more

My experience was 5/5 but my family gave lower ranks! I ordered the pork porterhouse, husband ordered lamb, mom ordered chicken,... and my vegetarian dad ordered the primavera pasta. The pork porterhouse was marvelous along with the sweet potato and blackbeans! My father claimed the pasta was a bit on the unseasoned side and my mom felt the same way about the chicken (although oneof the managers worked hard to make the dish more satisfactory for them). The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, very clean. The bread pudding and chocolate cake were 10/10. For a family of 5 we spent about $250. I would assume that's average amountspent for that size. I don't feel that it was worth that much but all in all it was a good experience. I don't think it wouldwarrant another trip but it's great to try once. Read more
