Super disappointing. Always out of everything, staff was on their phone the ENTIRE time while a LINE of customers were waiting... for their drinks, and then to top it off, they don't make the drink correctly. Disappointing for sure. Go to the drive thru oneon the other side of the parking lot! Read more

What a great little secret for avoiding the long lines at the islands few drive thru locations, but that's about it. Staff... wasn't the most friendly, location didn't seem super clean or organized, but drinks were made promptly with little to no wait.Based on low volume, I would avoid food items. Read more

Go ANYWHERE else but this coffee shop. Yes it?s convenient if you want coffee but I guarantee you?ll have the worst service... with employees and their aweful attitudes. The woman who served me on 6/18/20 in the evening would not stop rolling her eyes atme and was very rude. She made my drink with dairy after I paid extra for soy and repeated that it needed to be soy multipletimes. If I could rate this negative a star, I would. Kroger, change your Starbucks employees. Definitely one of the worst Starbucks I have been to. The sugar got so hard and didn?t come out. I told that to barista twice... and she gave a full open pack of sugar that we see in grocery stores. How the heck that I am suppose to pour it? Ordered CheeseDanish and didn?t bother to heat it up. When I asked them to heat it, I saw lots of black spots in my cheese danish. Made a badflat white as well. The coffee Frappuccino was only 75% full. I ordered 3 items and somehow they made sure to mess up all the 3items Read more

The workers were rude, slow, and just plain terrible. The cashier was apparently unable to speak up even though the store was... dead silent- I mean I have good hearing but she was indiscernible. The other woman in the store was not working, insteadstanding by the sink and rinsing out a pitcher- rinsing, not fully washing. I waited 10 minutes for one Frappuccino that didn?teven taste right. I seriously think this store needs to up its customer service and quality. Read more

Deadass stood there for 5-10 minutes as the baristas talked to each other and other employees, while my girlfriend and I stood... there, waiting to be spoken to. It's impressive we even got our drinks. Also, the food was nasty looking, flies were on thedanishes and flying around to other food. Nasty as hell, really disgusting tabletops. Seriously, take the extra 10 minutes todrive to the other one. It ain't worth it to stick to this one. Read more

Starbucks? Hardly. I drink Starbucks daily at home, and on the road. This was by far the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. So... bad that by the 4th day of vacation I bought a Keurig and decided to make it at the condo instead. Service is horrific. Nocustomer service. No smiles. I literally waited for 10 minutes for my coffee with one person ahead of me because the barista wasblatantly ignoring us and texting on his phone instead of doing his job. Another time they had no espresso so couldn't make anamericano. How can you be an operating Starbucks without espresso. Disappointing to say the least. Read more
