This place was so delicious we came back for round 2 the next day. We went on a weekday around 7pm both times and sat at the... bar. The bartenders were extremely friendly and attentive. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Everything came out so quickly. Theapps were the best food we’ve had in Hilton head. We got the tuna flatbread, fried green tomatoes, pulled pork egg rolls andmushroom risotto. Everything was amazing! I had the Halibut and She crab soup tonight. The soup was full of shells. Taste was fine shells not so much. The halibut was... horribly over cooked. The season veggies were a few peppers sliced up and over cooked.. I told my waitress she said I’m sorryand took the plate and brought me my check. $50+. I asked her if she told the manager about the food. She said yes??? If I werethe manager and someone just spent $50 + on a horribly cooked piece of fish I would have made an appearance at the table. Ididn’t finish the fish. The grits were the best part of the meal. I will not go back. The waitress was not attentive. I had toask for a refill. No bread was served with the meal? Food was fantastic and plenty of it. Drinks were "well poured" and the atmosphere was calm and laid back. We started with the... Calamari and Shrimp Appetizer with Boom Boom sauce; really good. I had the lowcountry fish bog, amazing. Being a bigger guyfor me not to be able to finish means they portion sizes are large. The blackend grouper was thick and cooked perfectly. Oneof my friends had the fried fish and shrimp dinner; we found out at the end of the meal he could have gotten it blackend insteadof fried.
